This is my most challenging skill I have been working on.Its so challenging to master well .I was born into a dramatic Italian family where loud noise and drama was normal .We had a style that doesn't even know what it means to be still and just give space and listen .My biggest journey isi to slow the resistance to talk and be right and fight to be heard and just "be with it" and LISTEN xxx THANK You So Much this is brilliant xx Kim xx
