His chances are very slim. I watched both him and Lebron's son. Bronni is much better. Zaire assuming he plays the point doesn't penetrate the basket in such a way that would be impressive to NBA scouts, nor does he have that deadly pull up shot, not to mention his defense and he may not ve be physically durable as a result the chances if him getting injured are high. Nevertheless he seems like a good young man who obviously can play, but we're talking the NBA; though l sincerely do hope he makes it, l personally don't think his chances are good. Just an opinion. He just isn’t meant to play basketball…. Its just not for him. The only reason he even plays is because who is dad is, otherwise, in any other circumstance, he would not be a basketball player. I only feel bad for him because all of the time he spent trying to play basketball, and follow his dad’s footsteps, could have been spent doing something else he loves or is actually good at. That is exactly why i am not going to pressure my kids into doing any extracurricular activities that they dont want to do, or are not good at. Once they find their passion and something they are really good at, then i will push them in that direction and make sure they have all of the tools necessary to succeed… because my kids are honestly my best chance for a decent retirement plan😅

Those stats don’t tell the whole story though. You need to include how much PT he’s getting and extrapolate it over 40 minutes. I doubt he is playing more than 10 minutes a game, so he’s still learning the NBA game, lifestyle, traveling, nutrition, and living on his own, most likely. Give Zaire Wade a break. He’s NOT his dad, who grew up and wasn’t highly recruited until late in his senior year and Marquette was the best offer he received. He didn’t play his freshman year due to being a partial qualifier academically, but improved his game a ton and started showing his skills and basketball IQ and athletic ability his sophomore year. Zaire might be a late bloomer, but he also may not be as “hungry” as his dad was because he hasn’t had the financial challenges his dad faced as a kid, teen, and young guy. Let’s see where Zaire is in a year or two before we check him off as just hype.

Zaire Wade would have been treated like a King at South Carolina. If he could have proven himself to make them a better team like beating Kentucky and Florida as well as playing well in the NCAA tournament he would have gotten drafted in the NBA on his own.

Is it me or does it seem like he doesn’t have the work ethic but relies on a victim mentality to explain why he hasn’t made it. The fact that he says that things “aren’t handed to him” sounds like he’s trying to convince himself more than others. This kid, no matter who his daddy is, needs to back away from social media, work his as$ off, and let his game do the talking if he really wants to possibly make it somehow. Great video, my man. People need to quit with this hater shit and worry about what they can control. Just because someone makes an observation and gives constructive criticism doesn’t make them a hater. You are always looking to give constructive criticism as far as it always seems to me. That’s good shit bro. Love your content. Keep up the great work.

The children of NBA legends never live up to the hype if you take a look at Kobe Bryant's father Jelly Bean Bryant he wasn't an NBA legend but he played in the NBA it gave Kobe something to strive to be better than his father he didn't have he didn't the hype to live up to he was able to go out and just be himself the children of legendary athletes have a very hard time living up to their father's Legacy you take a look at Barry Sanders son he lost out the Christian McCaffrey Christian McCaffrey's father was not in NFL legend but he played in the NFL you take a look at Rick Barry his son didn't live up to the hype either and you take a look at one of the greatest basketball players of all time the goat Michael Jordan his son couldn't live up to the height when you have a legendary Hall of Fame father the spotlight is too bright and the legend is too far out of reach for them to get to bronny James Zaire Wade Shareef O'Neal they can never live up to the height of the legendary status of their fathers

I think Zaire will be coo. Ofc he’s not performing great right now but there’s no need to write someone off right away. Everyone is expecting him to play at this crazy level already when the shit takes time. Kid is 20 years old and played in the g league for one year and we’re saying he won’t make it. If Zaire continues to work stay in the gym and improve I think he’ll be coo even if he’s in the g league there’s millions of other players that aren’t in the g league. Cut the kid some slack

They'll be fine if they develop THE DOG OF WAR mentality their fathers experienced lol. You have to play with guys who AREN,T PRIVILEGED. You need the floaters against paint bullies and embracing contact/bullying that comes from at leat 3-4 years of playing against grown men who don't mind disrespecting youngbloods lol. Its the biggest difference between privileged kids who don't have grit and poorer kids who make it to the highest level

There’s nothing wrong w getting another year of high school or going to a prep school. Players reclass and decide to make those decisions based on what they feel is best for them. There should b no knock on taking that chance on yourself. Just cuz you wouldn’t doesn’t mean that player who feels they are good can take that chance at getting more offers. Weather it’s from a big d1 school or not. D1 offer is a d1 offer something millions of players don’t get to play at the next level.
