IceTeaHate I think oli needs to do what rob chappers from dorje did when he fried his vocals, not talk for 10 hours and give his vocal chords a break, then stretch his neck and actually warm up olis said before in interviews that he never used to warm up. and that's the reason his voice won't be as good as it was before because he didn't care for his voice which fucking sucks to be honest because his vocals in there is a hell and sempiternal were amazing😕

BS. I've only been into them around 4/5 years. That's the spirit 1st, wasn't keen but my daughter thrashed it. Then I heard Sempiternal and loved it. Now I love all their music, apart from the edge of your seat EP. That's shite. But love there is a hell album and suicide season, and I've never liked deathcore or metalcore before. It actually tends to work the other way around. Hear a small amount of screams in songs,then build up to heavier stuff. It grows on you massively. I'm 50 years young and I'm listening to Lorna shore sometimes too. If I'd heard the edge of your seat or Lorna shore 1st I'd never have listened to this band again. It's the least popular style of metal. Especially if that's the 1st thing you hear. It's hard to see the talent. But Oli just sounds like raw emotion in all his vocals. Then the lyrics on top. Just amazing. But if you like new BMTH and not their old stuff, that doesn't make you dumb or small minded musically. I'm sure there's styles of music BMTH have made, or just other styles of music that you dislike. works both ways. Doesn't mean anything. We like what we like. Period

I think oli is quite an underrated vocalist and I notice when architects and bmth are compared, there seems to be a lot of elitism from the architects fans.
