The altimeter gods were not cooperating with you today, but great launches in any case!!

Just a theory, but I think the Estes altimeter and camera can not handle the thrust of bigger engines because I can use them on small engines, but as soon as I put them on a larger engine they don't work. At least the camera. I don't remember if i had that problem with the altimeter or not, but definitely the camera.

Nice launch but what is up with the excessive parachute spin?

I'll be adding a leader to the chute attachment... Move that big nc away from the chute!

Well my friend, like they say, a bad day of rockets is better than a good day at work…….. I have had the same frustration with Estes altimeters. I’m sure you know this, but the package reads “Made in China”. I’m impressed though that you had 4 perfect flights with the same rocket in a row. I’ve never done that! Hang in there bud!

@@KevinsModels Hey KD! Amen to THAT! I was really surprised by this. I used that thing a week earlier with great results. But I did leave the switch on for a week. It fired up but must not have been enough juice to work for more that one flight. Oh well. It was still fun!

Maybe the battery is old?

@@RobsRocketTimes That’s a for sure possibility! I buy these things on eBay so I never know their real condition. I’ve had them arrive not working at all. The gamble I take when buying on the cheap!
