I think you missed Denmark being a Karling house as well. Also, I have posted this on your Discord before, but seducing a ruler gives you +10 to vassalization, and romancing gives you +20 instead. So if you real want to get those few last points, you can try doing that.

If you want Nikea and don't want to start a holy war. You could possibly murder the king's wife. Then marry one of your daughters, nieces or any close female relative to him. Then,wait a few years for them to have children. Then kill the king's other heirs and viola you have an Auster on the throne, maybe not in name but by bloodline. They also could be of your religion if their mother does not convert. And you could possibly suggest marrying one of his sons as a concubine so that you have a claim on the kingdom, via marriage or through your possible children.

I think you can usurp the duchy of kanem, maybe can vassalize the other counties
