Sven Kirby tried to spike Robin to her death, but didn't land the last attack properly, which let Robin escape. If the opponent's directly under Robin when they cast the first El Wind, it spikes them, so Kirby was sent into the blast zone. It was a style reversal.

Cristo Alba the problem is that you have to hit with only the tip of her foot and I've found through some research (my own experiments) that if aimed weirdly enough it can not only spike but can hit someone back onto the side of the stage and either a) do an accidental stage spike, or b) give them an opportunity to do weird techs on stage
