Please convey to this Brave and Strong young Man, that ABSOLUTELY NO Apology is necessary, and ABSOLUTELY NO Offense was given! More thought then what went into my WWII project; and I made a historically accurate lego cutaway model of the USS ARIZONA at the moment the bomb entered the smoke stack.. I spent way way too much of my earned allowance to purchase individual lego for that one model.. then for the the following year I made a replica dolittle raid aircraft carrier deck with exactly 12 b-17s.. all of which where prebuilt sets of offbrand lego. Honestly I wish I hadn’t run away from home when I turned 13.. my mom got rid of all my lego stuff because she figured I was never coming back even though I only went to my grandparents

@@WeAreAllGodsChildren How in the fuck is Biden responsible for what happened in Normandy you damn cult member? This following a man who calls our soldiers Losers and Suckers, deliberately disparages our wounded vets and demands they be hidden out of sight because they "look bad", and calls for gold star families of soldiers who lost their lives for the sake of this nation "Enemies" and that they should be imprisoned. Biden's OLDER son DIED for this nation. He died so men like YOU could have a free voice. And all you do is spew hate-filled rhetoric that's straight from the Russian propaganda houses. A tribute to the saluting boy /soldier of Omaha Beach. He had his orders, so he took his post. He did this without a single boast. And when the enemy came around, the American flag never touched the ground. The wind and waves they blew and roared, but his duty was not ignored. The sea itself tried to push him back, but courage this young soldier never lacked. And when he could no longer stand he had truly honored this hallowed land. Exhausted he collapsed in to his mother's reach, the saluting soldier of Omaha Beach.
God Bless this young man. This young man has Great Parenting. As I looked into the young mans face, I had a strong feeling , that he had been at Normandy before. I believe he was there 70 yrs ago, to feel such an overwhelming sense of Duty & Patriotism. God Bless All of Our Soldiers, PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE. Your sacrifices were not made in in vane.

it's hard to imagine that my grandfather landed on Normandy but this was 3 weeks after the action. He was old...34 yrs old. He was drafted in 1943 when he lived in W. Virginia and sent to England in 1944. He survived the "Battle of the Bulged" and the war and sent home in Oct 1945. He only told me a few details of his time there. Probably not much excitement as he was a linesman in the Signal Corps. But I have his Photos and it speaks volume and many questions. I wished I could talk to him again. Sadly he passed in 1977.
