Honestly, with how high gas prices are, Bugs is actually a hero . By being petty and stilling the gas nozzle, he's preventing highway robbery of the citizens of sandy shores. Saving them thousands, if not hundreds of dollars. That the sandy switchblades can later rob from them at knife point.
