I think people are right to say that the time was too short for the crime-but this is a difficult stance to take because of how young they were and also the influence of their troubling background. It should be commended that they did their time and they became productive members of society. I only learned about this today when I was Google-ing 20th century blessed & saints. I’m surprised this isn’t as well known a case here in the US. I also never heard my priest (or could remember…) give a sermon mentioning this case. Thank you for the informative video!
