F2A works in Wc3 too (it makes you second hero attack move). Jokes aside, I don't think F2 is really needed in Wc3 because of the smaller armies and slower pace

The report from wound templar maybe like this: Executor, we have lost the newest colony. We spotted an weird enemy. They can build smt like mine on Vespene gas to harvest it, and most important, they only using metal sword and spear but can eliminate our Void Rays and massive Colossus!!! I can't believe it!!!

Honestly sc2 could also be given heroes with some scaling, not necessarily lvl based like the wc3 ones. In coop a few commanders have heroes could be somewhat similar
