@hemanthbhaskar69643 жыл бұрын
Scary. But it won't, intentionally. Maybe when missing its target spot. Snakes are known to see slightly hotter objects from a distance of metre or two away. So, if a glider were to know it's headed towards a larger organism, it would swiftly re-aim itself. Besides, the place where they dwell are so dense that the probability of missing twigs on its way down is very minimum. Also they're just as mildly venomous as Ahaetulla Nasuta (the last snake in the video).

Fun fact, There is a large difference between posion, and venomous. Most snakes are venomous and other insects, reptiles and other animals, here are a few facts Venom is released intentionally, while poisonous animals cannot control the posion they release, they only use their posion when their body feels as if they need to, such as when they feel threatened, but with venomous animals, they can control it - when they are touched or provoked (teased) While with poisonous animals (in this case) they can only use their posion without their attention to it, so whenever a poisonous animal hurts you, they only did it for themselves, while with venom, its your fault. Also, excuse my poor English, I'm not very good lol

Australia who has 5 of the top 10 most venomous snakes. “Am I a joke to you”

Just thought I'd point this out. When a toxic substance is secreted out of an animals mouth, tail, ect. in order to kill or immobilize something (prey or otherwise) , it's called venom (things like snakes, scorpions, spiders, ect.). This also applies to Komodo Dragons, some may disagree, but a study done in 2009 lead by Bryan Fry from the University of Melbourne discovered complex venom glands in the lower jaws. When something is poisonous it's usually secreted from the skin and will only effect something when ingested or, if not washed off, touched. Which is why you can take poison and basically rub your body all over it and nothing will happen, so long as you wash it off before your body absorbs it, but once you eat/drink it, you're on the way to the ER. So venom is injected (you could drink venom and be fine, though it's not recommend). Poison is ingested, absorbed, or inhaled.

One of the funniest parts of the Hognose Snake is that if you flip them over, they will roll themselves back over to the belly-up position. Bringing new meaning to the phrase 'Mostly Dead'.

I encountered what I believe was a horn-viper when I was kid ! Decades later, I still recall it and I am thankful to God for having stopped walking and jumped backward , letting the snake go ! I don't know how as a kid I had taken such good decision, maybe kind of reflex ! Coming from a European capital, I was not supposed to be able to spot it, not even know that such threat exist !

Snakes are not scary, they're beautiful and fascinating. People are afraid of things they don't understand, snakes are very misunderstood animals. I've been reading about and studying snakes for 14 years and I have a lot of experience. Snakes are like people in that if you treat them with respect they are very gentle and try to avoid human encounters. Bites happen when people try to taunt, kill, or abuse the snake in any way. It's never the snakes fault.
