The whole climate change hoax is nonsense. The IPCC has simplified the whole thing and cherry picked data to lie to us for the purpose of gaining more control over everyone. Erosion is a normal process that humans have inadvertently altered through dykes and levees., and sea level changes are part of normal climatic variation due to sun cycles. New Orleans is sinking, all deltas do from the weight of the sediment spreading out. We dyke it and that does not slow down the subsidence, it only stops more deposition to continue delta building.

I'm dissappointed that you did not get into the mix of products that we might be missing out on if we stopped refining heavy crude. Also, you didn't mention that for the past 30+ years, we have not built a new refinery ... we have been at about the same level of refinery capacity for that whole time. Also, you didn't show graphs or numbers on how much we export, vs import, vs refine. You did mentioned how much it would cost to modify a refinery at $50-100 million ... that seems VERY low cost if it can process our own oil .... We should do that and have the US government help to acheive more independance! Explain why not? You did not mention the lies of Trump saying we were energy independent during his presidency ... we only exported more making just a few more jobs.

It's a bipartisan effort at dysfunction! On the right, you have the big business interests of guys like Warren Buffet who owns the railroads and wants the oil shipped on his freight lines (naturally), and you have the major multinationals who have to deliver for their shareholders, and on the other side, you've got the environmentalists doing everything in their power to wage war on any form of economic development because their own political strategy is to drive the price of gasoline and oil products as high as possible so they can have their "green" (dollars) energy transition. So, we deliberately break the system and fail to incentivize common sense investments thanks to political ideologues and about ~400 of the wealthiest families in the country who own the politicians. I seriously hope DOGE fixes some of this nonsense, and about a hundred other absolutely dysfunctional things brought on by the never-ending warfare of divided government.

A gent by the name of Stanley Meyer resolved this toxic nuclear waste issue while researching HHO generators for use as fuel in automobiles that can run on water. The Rockefellers' of the petrochemical industry took his research as a threat to their coveted profit margin, a agenda of demonizing and smearing the process and good name of anyone that would come up with a system that take a tub of water and 12,48,72,110,220,408,440,480 volt supply one positive, one negative or two wires off a battery and put them in the water would notice small vigorous bubbles called "Browns gas" that will explode if a spark is caused somehow. To David of Standard oil this or anything that could threaten his profit margin would be thwarted at any cost, first demonize the physics through lies, then the inventor as a scam artist, then offer to by the technology for billions if refused kill the perp who won't sell. That MO was David doing his "Win or at least not loose" agenda to protect the profit margin of all fossil fuel pumped from the ground, regardless of the toxic affect on nature. Stanley had resolved the pollution issue using the most abundant element on the planet water ! All Stanley wanted was the recognition for his contribution to man and Mother Earth. What did David do tried to buy it then killed Stanley. was Stanley GREEDY ? or was David GREEDY ?

The US has the best roads and highways on Earth. To build and maintain them they need lots of bitumen. Bitumen is a byproduct of heavy oil refining. If the US refined its own oil then there would not be enough bitumen for the US roads. And now u know the rest of the story..
