These sounds are what made SH2 for me. Unexplainable, tension rising nothingness that just added to your paranoia. You can come to a conclusion to most enemies in the game in some fashion but the unknown remains unknown.

Silent Hill’s atmosphere is so good and I’m looking forward to the remake next week. I haven’t played much of the Silent Hill series but with the remake I want to give it another try.
