There is a lot of talent, but not much of football culture in the sense of a solid thorough football structure. The focus should have constructing local football clubs to increase talented youth players. The mentality of clubs are based on short term with no real global status goal. Spending money on old players doesn't do the trick in the long term, if there is no football culture/eco system. Scouting youth or attracting younger talents, or top players from abroad for the Super Lig should be the norm. You have to build the whole and level up permanently not only to compete, but also become an football institute. But sadly the big club owners don't take that route.

Thank you for great video. #04:57 i was watching that match from stadium. so i can say , he was REALLY angry at that moment. Because 5 people were trying to hold him on foot after the punch. thats why you should think before act. Also at #05:17 They actually FORCED to postpone matches. Because all referees refused to attend the following week's matches until some steps are taken.

I would like you to do a similar video for romania. We had an incredible run in the euros for being the team with the least value not even reaching 100mln in total. However with mircea lucescu as our coach now we can really become a serious contender to qualify for the 2026 wc. Our best players are surely dragusin but also andrei ratiu from rayo vallecano, dennis man and mihaila both from parma, razvan marin from cagliari, dragus from trabzonspor and many others that don't play in big clubs but are still doing well in their respective clubs.
