If there's one thing CW is good for, it's making characters popular because who really knew alot about Sara, Cisco, most of arrow's cast, and most of Supergirl's cast and everyone on black lightning besides him and his daughters before these shows. I know Laurel was the main Black Canary in the comics but Dinah was way more popular and Killer Frost was more known as the true villain Louise Lincoln rather than a villain for like a week then being good. But good for CW for giving unknown characters spotlight 😂(P. S. I'm happy vibe was in Lego Batman 3)

Basically Vibes powers are linked to the multiverse ( Theory that there are multiple universes parallel to this one ) once the partical accelerator went off. Since He has those powers he can Open “ Breaches” to other universe like Earth 2 he can open one to anyone he wants. He can shoot vibrational Blasts out of his hands and can “ Vibe” things that will happen in the future. Hope it helps 😁 and also the Version of Cisco Ramon / Vibe you want to Search Up is From Earth 1 / Earth Prime post Crisis. U can search up the one from earth X but that earth was Taken over By Nazis but I think he got his powers the same Way as his ( Earth 1 / Earth Prime ) And Earth 2 counterparts
