Do you do super dwarf retic morphs (platinum, anery, albino, mocha, motley, tiger, etc)? Is the super dwarf DNA for these morphs different from mainland retics that you've noticed? What about sex determination for super dwarves? Is locality something that can be tested (mainland, kalatoa, karompa, jampea, madu, etc)? Can I send sheds for the above for a super dwarf? Locality, in particular, would be super helpful to be able to confirm before breeding since it can potentially make such a HUGE difference in size (no pun intended).

We don’t have any genetic tests yet for retics. All the tests you mentioned are ones we are interested in working on! What we need are more sheds with known genetics that we can use to sequence and be able to design tests from. Please do send any retic sheds that you know morphs or locality genetics to the P.O. We have more data getting collected right now on the run we have going! I’d imagine it will take a few runs before we will have a conclusion. Not as clean and easy as Barnhart black pastel was…which is interesting!

@@raregeneticsinc In the what we thought Od female we had checked, we are sending a new shed or her and her sire and Dame. Which sire is hi od and Dame is reg od.
