What is so omg? She wasent that preatty woman end of the day and what is there for studying animal 30 years, when who pays her to study cheetah for that long? She says, if horse could rise its back like that. It could reach 90 miles a hour. Horses have too much belly fat to ever get that fast, when their made for riding and they got powerful kicks to kick predators away and enough speed, so they dont need to be that fast, but how much belly fat horse has. I dont think would ever get even close to 90 miles a hour, when the world record top speed of horse is only 55 miles a hour. Cheetah world record top speed has been 71 miles a hour, so they are also strugling to reach 90 miles a hour, so I dont know what was she talking about as expert, when she said, if horse rose its back up. It could reach 90 miles a hour, when horses are not even close to that, when maybe horse could reach 60 miles a hour by doing that.

Lions sometimes eat prey alive. A lot of dogs eat it dead..never seen a dog eat something alive. I’ve seen cheetahs steal food, and a lot of other cats! Wolves hunt in packs and eat it when it’s dead. Lions suffocate their prey slowly, wild dogs rip out the stomach quickly so it doesn’t feel as much pain!

In somewhat less than "scientific" studies (in the field, driving vehicles with non-standardised speedometers) cheetah have been clocked at close to 70 Miles Per Hour. Lions are supposed to be capable of over 40MPH. It's hard to say how fast the other big cats can run as they are mainly ambush hunters but I suspect Tigers are capable of close to 50MPH based on things like their swimming capability, To put that in context, Usain Bolt can reach 28mph for a couple of seconds.
@theshermantanker70435 жыл бұрын
Tigers run at 40mph (64km\h) and Lions are very fast runners (55mph, 88km\h est. second fastest big cat). Interestingly it's calculated that if Humans had legs that could swing faster we'd be as fast as Tigers are
