I stand in the ever lengthening line that really appreciates your ability to describe/explain complex biological content. Any way to know more about you the author? Are you a student? A professor? Your accent...what is your first language? Are you publishing from that country? I do appreciate that you have represented both sides...especially with Stem Cell Therapy.

So we are able to decellularize a particular tissue or organ but we are not able to then put the patient cells inside it?

Not all cells can duplicate and repopulate the structure. That’s the biggest issue with using decellularized organs.

this started out ok but went off the rails. how about a simple explanation without all the jargon? only a medical professional or researcher can understand this .
