Important notice, We updated all the videos with an average of 100 instead of 200 plus the scientist is a fundamental part for the future of our project. There are people investing in that so we ask the comprehension of everyone as why we are constantly shaping some elements of the SOLPM project. We have to provide evidence of results so that we can justify the existence of SOLPM and continue evolving our project

Hey man, I'm trying to get into bboying myself so these videos are really helpful. The thing is, you just filled my subbox with like 50 videos. I understand and don't really mind, but if you wanted to update the videos you could have just put some annotations in the videos and maybe a disclamer or important notice in the discrptions or something :) I did some searching and found that you've deleted(or privated) all the non-updated videos, and big ups for that! It would be somewhat unfair to the viewers of the channel to make money off the same video twice. However, in terms of managing a healthy channel that get's steady viewers it's generally better to keep a somewhat consistant flow of content, instead of dumping it all once. I see that all the videos are updates so you didn't really have another option: you would be denying your viewers the updated videos if you uploaded them one by one. I know you mean these videos to be educational and I personally think they're really well-made, but KZbin's algorithms favors those who upload frequently! I think that if you played it a little smarter more people would see your videos!

Yes I just read your whole message! I appreciate that you gave these insights. One aspect of the SOLPM project to be clear is that we have never put much emphasis on getting popular. If that that was the case we would have used a different approach since the beginning for example naming a project "science of learning" affects the algorithm search for sure when we could write "how to do etc" and work better on thumbnails, stuff like that. The SOLPM's main focus is to organise events, teach and do projects by promoting the scientist idea, methodology step by step with a theme. Our success is measured by how people are learning and sending evidence. If we have 10 people who did like one in Afghanistan we have much more political impact than having a video with million views without any specific purpose than views themselves. This is how the SOLPM thinks and how we stay true to our public! =)

I think usually elbow airflare comes after regular. 90% of the cases I saw it going this way. Once you have the rotation of legs correct for regular airflare you go down to elbow.

No, it's not. In fact elbow airflares are more annoying to do and learn.

@TheScienceofLearningPowerMove

Since you will stand on your elbow with your legs low step 1 will help to condition your legs making it feel lighter to put your elbow on the floor to stand because this will give you specific flexibility for that. The same applies for step 2 which is directly affecting your ability to elbow stand and bring your legs downwards although the exercise looks unrelated!

can i learn Elbow Airflare without knowing Airflare??
@joangonzalez2541
@joangonzalez2541 6 жыл бұрын
yeah you can. If you can do elbow freezes in both sides you can. if you can elbowhops even better, and other powermoves like flare and windmill even better!!. But yes, you can without any moves but could be more difficult. keep it up

estopedsoped inyouwed ... i can do windmill, elbow hop( 4 - 5 per round) and bad flares( i am working on this) ....but if i train hard in this tuto.( elbow flare) is easier for me to learn AirFlare too????

D-Ball Super im learned flare and airflare at the same time. If you can elbowhops before air flare your body is conditioned and stronger. when I was learning the airflare I couldn't do flare, I was practicing 1 hour and half or 2 hours each one per day. if you now can a little of flare + elbowhops you will be able to do airflares in some months for sure. the most important thing for airflares is to have a really good control in both arms. good handstands, freezes in one hand, handhop, even hand balance also. The more control you have with both arms the more easier will be learn airflare. Solpm airflare tutorial ls really good. When you already know elbow airflare go ahead with airflare, or go with both at the same time. You can watch the video of solpm "how to use the solpm system" and see how it works to train more than one movement a day and you can go with both at the same time (elbowtrack and airflare) sorry for my english and I hope you understand all what i say and keep it up and train hard.
