Born in Netanya, Israel, Rabbi Yaron Reuven began his American Dream as a little boy, when his family immigrated to the United States. I am soon to turn 76, so believe me, wasting seed is no longer a problem for me. However, I will pray that younger men learn the seriousness of this issue.

It's comfortable to sleep on my side. I don't know how people sleep on their back? Furthermore, I learned that sleeping on your side is better for your spine.

The Masok Midevash siddur says you should turn to your right at Chatzos (midnight). Also once you get used to sleeping on the side it becomes comfortable.

Fasting a lot and eating less (when not fasting) is a great help for tikkun habrit and other bad character traits. Also not eating meat except when it is a mitzva. And eating less gluten and in general eating less of anything that gives energy. In might be hard in the beginning and you might not feel good but afterwards you get used to it and feel good. Also not drinking to much.
