Oh wow, just asked for this the other day so welcome back to my hero Suzy and yes! So long as nothing has changed my hero is simulcast, meaning that the dub should come out around the same time as the sub. I think usually the sub is like 1-3 episodes ahead but it's not like other series where you'll have to wait months or a year afterwards to get a dub. Anyway, hope you enjoy season 4 and I heard you're getting married congrats!

Dream girl, It's not possible for the dub crew to make simultaneous, simultaneous dubs because they get the episode as soon as we fans do. This phenomenon is because of how the anime industry works. There is this misconception that the entirety of the anime is finished when it's airing but it's the contrary, the episodes are still in the works even days before the JP TV release, so that's why its impossible for the EN dub crew to get it sooner. Matter of fact it's almost miraculous that some "simul" dubs can be only a week behind the actual release schedule, but it's mostly 2-3 weeks, but even that is an impressive feed. They make a miraculously good job for the amount of time, and the time constraints they have. But that hurts the quality of the actual dub. As you can probably guess having more time would equal better dubs, as these "simul dubs" don't have appropriate casting and they work only on "know bases" so new VAs have difficulty getting cast, cause you have these veterans that occupy their spot and because they already know and verified, so they get cast. JP dub takes months and months to make, only to casting portion is around 3 months of time - that's why it's just so much better, cause they can find really the voices that fit the character with qualities that the character requires.
