The Screw Shot: An Off The Water Shot for the Counter Attack Or Offensive Players With Inside Water

The screw shot is a very effective shot when you have the defender behind you and the goal in front of you. You need a shot you can do in front where the defense can't make a play on the ball. This shot comes from within the freestyle stroke and is done while doing freestyle arms with eggbeater kick.
This is good for beginner players as well as more experienced players.

How is this different to the T-shot

With the T-shot you pick it up underneath with your offhand and hit it off with your good hand like in T-ball. With the screw shot you pick it up underneath with your good hand, screw it back, and shoot it.
