That is a vast wilderness.. dutchmen mine. Thts a needle in a haystack.. the mountain wilderness is the treaure to me. Last time on Apache trail it was dirt road. I dont know if its paved now i heard it was.. i was born an raised in Arizona. Grew up in the Sonoran Desert. Spent the last 25 years living off grid in the boonies in the high country of central east Arizona. I left Phoenix wen i was 22 came up here im now 49. Lived amongst the Anasazi ruins in this region between the Navajo an Apache Rezervations. I miss the Desert..i miss those rugged Mountains in southern AZ.. I have bn blessed so much to have been born here in Arizona. . Truly Blessed.

LOL that is funny looking for a knife rock! its not a knife on the peralta stones at all, notice there's an arrow going over what looks like a knife! it's actually TDR lake showing where to cross over! I have already been in the mine! I already decoded the entire peralta stones, I even have apache pottery pieces from the mine! photos.app.goo.gl/Qk69CQFmzM3W1tp56 in that photo album is pics from the mine, I rented a helicopter for 3 hrs to get there we found 2 tunnels filled in, at first i said it wasnt the mine but we search better and found the tunnels. now we will go back and dig it all out!

Ok I’m about as lost as the lost Dutchman mine. When I was a kid I used to walk claim posts with my Grandad on BLM land in Nevada. He would put the paperwork in a Sir Walter Raleigh cigar can nailed upside down onto a post held upright in a pile of rocks. The claim was good for two years. He always went on about a lost Mexican gold mine in the area but was never found. I ‘Spose old prospectors need a lost something or other just to get ‘em out of the house and away from the Mrs. He did, however, find gold, nuggets as big as your thumb, in Nelson Creek in California. So he was a cluey old bugger. I wish I was older and had paid more attention to what he was up to. Stay safe all. You

Spanish mines comment - - Their mines were always well hidden according to all my reading. These mines were usually recorded too with written documentation & possibly a rock map in the area. However, to return to the mine's location they used a compass, the same as their ocean navigation. Just saying.

El Gato is the nick name of the guy that climbed up to the tops of places to make the eye catchers that you see all over. El Gato is on a rock at Whitlow corral at the North end of Whitlow canyon.

Knife hill is by Entrada Del Oro. That's where the maps begin. Charles Kenworthy along with John Wayne buried a large portion of the maps right at the end of the hill. Did you know John Wayne made more money hunting for gold than he did making movies ? He was with Mel Fisher when they found the atosia on Johns boat. He and Charles found 26 million in gold that they split. Charles had a mine he called the Quest that he sold after they found that cache and he went to CA. where he used his fortune to start a company. You may have heard of it, QUEST Communication !

Guys, I've got a few questions for you. #1 Does anyone know how Jacob found the mine in the first place? #2 I showed Mr. Sheffer a letter I had obtained. Did Jacob really kill the Peraltas as described in the letter? Just wondering. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Take Care.
@patrickbuechel25997 ай бұрын
😮i know the actual location of the spanish heart, the mine is real. I've seen it too. I know y'all thInk it's a tale. But I actually think the best way to stop people from looking is to debunk the story. I researched the maps, stones, markings and language of the stones(language was archaic spanish from the 16th century). Knife rock? Its a mountain top. There is a direct trail from the mine to tortilla flats too. You can see weavers needle from the mountain too. You will be very amazed if you believe me, I can produce what I say.😊😮😊😊😊

Gold at $4 per ton or $4 per oz?
@anthonyjwhitford4 жыл бұрын
the materials found were $4 per ton (only a little bit of gold and mostly junk
@LuckyBaldwin7774 жыл бұрын
I think he also said gold was $34 an ounce back then. 4/34 = about 3.7 grams of gold in a ton of rock, or a little over $200 at today's price.
@MtnManLucas4 жыл бұрын
Gold ore. Rock containing some gold. Based on this story at that time a ton of ore would yield $4.oo of gold. Not profitable then, but in 2020, it would be, if there is enough ore to warrant mechanical mining and chemical separation. A major investment in hopes of extracting wealth from Rock. Ore is rock that has a mineral worth extraction based on the mineral’s worth at a given time and market. But if the mineral is not profitable to extract then it’s just rock. Hard-rock mining is usually chasing a mineral vein, while placer/ panning / monitor mining is looking for nuggets. Usually open pit mines are removing ore that has enough mineral to warrant large scale operations.
