Thank you so much for the work you’ve put in these Captain Mar-Vell (Marvel) videos. I bought one issue of this title as a kid. Now I regret that I was too young to appreciate the depth of the stories. Had I known, I would have collected every book. At the time, I just thought he had a cool costume. Can’t wait to see the rest of the story. ✌️

Look out Molecule Man is too much of praise for Rick, he's not Dr Doom levels yet with changing clothes. :) Not that I mind as I've seen everything already but only the 3rd time you said link above did I see a link come up, the first 2 we're before 8 minutes the 4th was somewhere before the 40th minute. Was an exciting story and I the screen turned off for the Supreme Intelligence was new for me.

Yeah, some of them were linking to the same video. One i Didnt realize was the same video and one knew was. But I didnt knowing couldn't link to the same video twice in one video.... so two dead links? Will double check as I know I was having to mess around with them. Thanks for the heads up!

@@Cosmic.Comics Nope 3 out of 4 we're dead links in my viewing of which the 3rd worked, which I guess was around the 8th minute. I'm happy you notice it's only a heads up. And I'm willing to check it for you if you feel the need to change it, however I think people that enjoy your videos will watch previous content anyway.

I know that it takes tremendous time and effort to put these presentations together. So, thank you for what you have already done. Hold up. The Quasar series had 1 writer - Mark Gruenwald. The point behind Quasar was one of Marvel's best editors following up on stories that had often been dormant for years. Mark was working on the Marvel Encyclopedia at the same time. Read it within the context of when it was written and the stories he added onto - nearly every character he introduced or reintroduced experiences some form of meaningful change to their narrative. The character shows real growth during that run, was Marvel's first (to my knowledge) atheist hero (brought on by his experiences), and is the only Quasar run that has ever really focused on Wendell Vaughn as a person. Since Mark's death, nobody has done Q proper justice. Just a gender swap over to Phyla and made Moondragon her lover. I remember Moondragon and Her/Kismet fighting over poor Q. Maybe it's just wristbands MD wants.

@@Cosmic.Comics Writers , editers ,artists & everyone else at 1st did a great until The Infinity Gauntlet affair ( the novel NOT his comic book) In the initial assault in Infinity Gauntlet , Thor 👍, Firelord✌, Ironman 👌, WHAT THE 🤬 NAMOR ,THE Submariner 👎👎😡 doing in the attack 😡?? He's a muscle guy with wings on his ankles!! Quasar (a long range energy bomber & Protector of the universe) should be front & center !!

Ah, shoot...... just accidentally removed your other reply by fat thumbing my phone in my hand. Sorry about that. Was trying to hit the reply button. Big thumbs, little phones. I agree that the Kayla alien adventure was one of Mark's worst stories. Mark had this big moment to shine and for whatever reason he burned all his goodwill by trying to introduce something new instead of focusing on the kind of stories he did best. I also think it's pretty sad that when Quasar had the Star Brand - the Stat Brand was completely removed from the 616 by the Living Tribunal but these days anybody can have it. Quasar's biggest problem is no writers other than Mark have been able to effectively capture his essence and humanize him. He's always a background character who never gets the respect he deserves. And considering the Protector of the Universe role, Eon, and the history with Thanos - he should have been the point man for Infinity Gauntlet. But sales.... Infinity Gauntlet and Galactic Storm saved Q from being cancelled back in the day.

@@Cosmic.Comics Quasar THEE MOST unrated character in Marvel's history & while I may not say Captain America is 1 of overrated characters in Marvel's history ! The man sucks at as head of a Cosmic Assaults!! Like Thanos said " you're not good at mounting a Cosmic Assault "
