I have worked within the CPS for over 25 years and can attest to every word of this as being true. There will be small undiscovered ancient tribes of neolithic beings inhabiting lost Forrest's and jungles somewhere who have developed a better criminal justice system than Britain's!.

What the police/CPS are permitted to do by the Ministry of Justice in these times is a million miles away from what we all expect of them in a democracy. The fact of the matter is that no one is safe from rogues within the Criminal justice System, and they quite enjoy that situation of their demonstrable unlimited power to abuse, assault and ruin.

I almost criticised this young lady then, however, the fact she read from a script the questions were not to her, but an undisclosed individual, what a shame.? this truly shows the shadows that lurk around our courts/legal/justice/judiciary, specifically this was criminal issues, however you cannot be neutral with such an audience, scripted questions with answers coming from totally scripted, pre determined answers: the whole ethos of this is we are being critical about mistakes and errors, however we do this by scripting that whole case, rather than getting people to answer from the true self, where you have no time to thin about an Audited answer. this truly shows this whole video is a preconceived and totally orchestrated answers, it is not JUST, it is not true debate, it is 100% false as a version to show the legal trade is critical of its problems. the reality is THE LAW is not used in courts none of them, it depends who you know, and who you are aligned with, nothing could be more true of this statement than the NOW Prime minister was once head of the criminal justice system CPS, he let Jimmy Saville off, despite having in his possession more than 3000 cases against Saville of a criminal nature most of them against children. Sorry lets have less of this totally orchestrated fake debates they serve one purpose to carry on the narrative and brain washing into thinking the criminal justice system is anything but a business making huge sums of money from a system that is clearly not interested in justice but profit, ask any Police constable what he thinks of the courts, after they have let off the criminal he caught worked hard to prosecute, I'm not a police supporter, but many of them are good hard working and frustrated by the criminal elements at the top, certainly not many of those not strong enough to think for them selves who take orders committing heinous crimes against the Public, while being tricked and deceived into believing it is their job/duty, it is their duty to investigate, not take orders use their brains, this is what intelligent professionals do. Sadly many are lost to taking orders, and many have been promoted for their nefarious side evil evil as evil can be. The Judiciary is no different solicitors and Barristers are told what cases to deal with and what not to.

To the OP. What a gross generalisation! Everyone's brain is unique and posseses it's individual combination of 'masculine' (left hemisphere) and 'feminine' (right hemisphere) forms of thinking and reasoning. It's like a spectrum. There is no person who solely thinks in a 'feminine' way and vice versa. And what of those who have what neuroscience now call 'balanced brains'?!
