Mr. Kris takes some % while all of you get some % of the cash flow. Hi kris I will be a first time homeowner here in NYC, looking to close sometime December. The single family house was $645000 with 20% at 2.75%. My monthly mortgage is looking around $3000 with all utilities included. I’m looking to rent out the first floor and garage for $2200 and myself live in the basement. Houses here in NYC for even a single family is outrageous. Do you think I’m making a bad investment.

Leave NY. It’s not worth it to invest their. At max cap rates are 4 percent.,I invest in Arizona their is like 7-8 cap rates and appreciation is similar
