Good luck with the shoulder bro. Hope everything works out. Six months from now your probably going to be pain free and so happy you got it fixed. For real though get your knose fixed bro. Im in my 40s and went through the same struggle my whole life. Took too many punches in my teens and twenties and my knose was banged up. Never could breath right. I got it fixed a few months back. Its like a whole new world bro. It only took a hour. All they did was basically drill new holes. It hurt like hell for a couple weeks while it was healing but 100% worth it. Im clear headed all day now. No more walking around foggy headed. My sleep has gotten so much better too. Totally worth it and wish I did it twenty years ago. Been watching your videos for a long time. My dad's been a truck driver his whole life and still doing it at the age of 69. I always wanted to get my CDL, I had my class B permit but never went for the road test. 2019 I shattered my tibula and fibula and almost lost my foot. Then the pandemic happened and my family basically gave up on me and left me for dead. I lived in my car for a year and got 2 duis back to back. I was incarcerated and went to rehab. I'm sober almost 3 years now. I can't get my license back for a couple months yet. I'm currently homeless living in a tent. Its just me and God. I basically don't exist or matter to anyone except God. I don't know if I'll be able to get my CDL but it would seem fitting for me as I'm alone anyway and live a solidary life. God is good and is working on turning my life around I just don't know exactly what his purpose is for me. Keep on trucking! 💪 God bless you

I hate to hear that you are in so much pain brother!! I am 45 and weigh 350 pounds and am 6'5". At my max weight I was 518. I say every day that I am so lucky because I don't have chronic pain. My body has treated me well despite the abuse I put it through. My wife is an average 44 year old female size but she has fibromyalgia. She is in constant pain despite the fact that she lived a pretty healthy life and didn't abuse her body as I did. You said " I have something to say if somebody wants to listen." I definitely want to hear it. I watch my wife work through pain everyday and after you talked about your pain I thought, "I've seen his videos, he doesn't look like he's in pain." But I know that you are putting on a good show and trying to live life to the best of your ability. As always, thanks for everything and I hope and pray that you will be able to fix what is wrong because the safety of motorists and the flat bed world as a whole needs you doing what you do. I'll be thinking about you brother!!

Jan 31st I had my hip replaced & age 47.... Athlete & extremely physically active my whole life. The last year with my "old hip" I could barely stay on my feet for longer than 30 min. 3 weeks later I started walking unassisted, now going pressing thru rehabilitation. Be thankful for modern medicine!!! You will be back good as new in no time!!! After going through this experience. I have new found sympathy for those being sidelined in life from injury or natural causes. Even in pain & misery, we must give thanks to our creator. For if it were not for him. We could never experience any of it!!!

Feb 20 was the anniversary of my big brothers passing. He was a trucker, I did otr for two years during Covid-19’s lockdown. I wish you health and happiness bro. Aging is not for cowards. I’m 51, got my little billet of health issues. Try sunrise salutation Choice. Heating pad, hot water bottle, rice warming sock. Hydrate, I know you know. My condolences, I’m sorry for your loss. Keep up with vitamins k, D3 and zinc. You need the vit k to help with the D3. Those energy drinks have bull seemin in them. No good. Praying.
