@savinderpuri giving you a situation that one working professional who got stuck in drag and drop software of salesforce in MNC. He got interested in DevOps by your video but at the same time learning technologies like Java, ReactJS etc. What will you suggest to that individual? If you were in that position how would you tackle it?

1. How much total experience does he have? 2. How much SFDC experience? 3. What does he like to do - SFDC, Front end dev, DevOps or something else? => You cannot make career pivot every now and then I always say this - build on your past experience, so that it does not go waste. Why not look at DevOps for SFDC - explore tools like Copado, Gearset etc. That will give you an edge as DevOps Engineer as well. Makes sense?

@ 1.6 years of experience, he has good knowledge of Salesforce Cloud Marketing Development (email building, journeys and automation), he doesn’t knew about SFDC. While interview they asked about Java but when it comes to development there’s nothing happening. I see no future in this but I will surely check SFDC and other technologies you mentioned. Very thoughtful answer but still there’s question mark ❓( i didn’t gave proper context )

overall 3 years experience previously I was doing web development for 1.8 years and now 1.6 years doing this drag and drop
