INFJ Life Coach Lesson: We all know that there is so much potential with being an INFJ. You read it everywhere, other people tell you this- even if we're unaware of our own biases! But what exactly does the future hold for INFJs? And why do we find ourselves still searching desperately for something that will give our life a deeper meaning?

Definitely been taking action lately. Doing what I need to do for ME! Amazing how all my so called " friends " are dropping like flies, now that I am my priority, not them. You know what? I can live with that! The bee doesn't waste its time trying to convince the fly, that honey is better than shxt!

Everyone have their shodow as Carl Jung say's. The INFJ shadow is our dream world. Dream's are dream's, but reality is a little bit different. We are often aware with our shadow, but it's still a project sometimes.

I realized this in my twenties. If I ever voiced my ideas/thoughts I would hear a bunch of negative Nancys telling me to stop overthinking things, but because I just know things about others, I knew those people were trying to control me. I wouldn’t say another word about it to them. Then I would prove them wrong with actions! Be fearless!💞

Do I feel like I have enough access to my INFJ superpower? Yes. I just need to remember to tap into it when needed. Keeping myself healthy, well rested, organized, and set up for success. Although, there are those occasions when "life happens" and things might seem dismal, I just need to remain calm, think, come up with a plan, and fix it.

2:40 face what is going on in your real life 2:45 take action 4:15 by Improving just enough to not sabotage yourself 10:10 Your potential can't be fulfilled through another person 💯 I realized that, very true. In this world that we live in, if you wait for somebody else, you are not going to be known as who you really are 11:38 Find the road less traveled is your superpower 12:15 Write that chapter, (call up a pub house) publish yourself on Amazon, write that song, put it on iCloud, record that video, put it on KZbin 12:29 and again, pushing against your boundaries, your comfort zone. Thank you. While dating a man, I wrote down all the tiny things done/said that didn't sit right. Usually I'd ruminate to "figure it out". Instead, it only took me two weeks to see the pattern and end things (VERY kindly). The way he threw off his mask and verbally lashed out at me gave me immediate validation on my intuition as well, which was nice 😍 and like you said, "it was NOT even funny" 🤣❤️

It's amazing to me how trauma can push your se and te development. In my formative years I was up against huge pressure to accomplish things and that has been a silver lining to the dark cloud of pain in my adult life. God has taken me places and helped me accomplish "externally observable facts" that I never could have by myself. He is the real super power in my life. It's great to get out of your comfort zone and stretch yourself but if it's not meant to be it can be devastating to keep trying and failing. It's very important to tap into your meaning and purpose for being here.

After listening to this, I realize that I have used Te - especially when making important decisions. It hasn't always been emotionally easy. But after allowing myself to let my emotions rest and examine the objective facts, using Te usually works out for the good - and as long as I treat my emotions well, I know that I can use them right alongside TE! 🙂. It's like TE is a useful and powerful tool that I can pick up and use at times - but if used too much, it tires me. As for helping us with our "potential," I think it works well. If we use TE like an INFJ and not like a personality that's TE dominant, we can use it to our advantage, and in a way that suits us. I believe that we INFJs have a practical side and this can help!

This video in of itself is a reality check for me😄. Thank you for another thought provoking video. I think in my experience, I did pay attention to externally observable facts and took action. That's why I was able to accomplish as much as I did. But because the drive was other people, it was easier to do it. I think this would largely be due to Fe. I don't know if it's the same for other INFJs, and from your video it sounds like you experienced the same; I think we do use Te and Se but only when it has to do with other people. When it came to making it about myself, it felt like too much energy because I didn't believe I was worth the effort. It was when I hit rock bottom, that I was forced to have to shift the focus to myself. Te and Se won't ever come easy as you said; it make sense why I have gotten more reclusive the more I shift my focus to myself. I spend most of my alone time making sense of what I experienced and choosing what I want to do about it. It takes a lot of my time and energy. One moment at a time. One step at a time.

I'm in the same place as you. I found about INFJ and this channel when after a year of therapy recovering from rock bottom and live there, I started to feel again this feeling of having no power about life, hating why I'm "not normal" and being in a taste burnout without even knowing what was. Now I understand better and like u said I tried to be better but was for other, trying to lose that sense of being "bad *insert any relationship" and bad at "inserte any responsability or work/job." It was never for me, only to have some peace at least from the guilt. I still struggling but everyday I think I start to understand why I take actions but feels empty. Thanks for sharing it made me feel really less alone. INFJ Strat strong

Your accent and voice as soon as the video comes on helps me realize to stop bsing myself bc you are realistic but kind. You know when you dont know the answer to a question but as soon as you ask someone else it comes to you? 🤣 i hope you have people to talk to in your life to get ideas or problems in the open. Idk about other infjs but for me i KNOW part of the problem is i have to do things with either 100% effort or 0% and that actually makes me dread taking responsibilities bc i will be making a deal with myself to try as hard as i can. And after being burnt out from bad work places/ relationships i pretty much become a hermit and do as little for myself as possible. With infjs its even MORE important to just START. I am a very capable person but i will worry myself into the ground then i realize 6 months have passed and i havent even started. The easiest way to me is to tell yourself to not take things seriously and just pick up the guitar, just play one note, just pick up the weights ONE time. Then in a week you wont realize how much smoother things go. This is much harder with relationships and jobs though than weights and instruments. Bc a job has to hire you and others have to not only like you but then be good to you lol. Which means you have very little time with your hands on the steering wheel after the first effort.

@@maybee... Wow...just WOW! I HAVE to respond to your reply to Linsey.😳 I have no idea of who you are or your life experiences. However, I am so disturbed by your response to that young person😥 😡 Did that response make YOU feel better/superior?? Sure appears so by by your last sentence, "I rest my case". Kudos to you for being so rude, dismissive and condescending...to a young person who' is clearly struggling. A young person who is wise enough at her/his age to be searching for answers and has the wisdom to try and figure out who they are/personal growth& development...at 17! ( I did not realize the INFJ until much later in life, like many others😉) Linsey was reaching out for support, answers and understanding...COMPASSION. NOT.... More of what she/he is more than likely receiving at home!! Did you not read the part about the unhealthy environment?? I'm not privy to more info on Linsey!s circumstances. However, I would venture a guess that this young INFJ has worded that in a way that is diminishing the magnitude of the "unhealthy environment" spoken of. Words are powerful! You can uplift.support,advise and encourage OR destroy someone's spirit. Personally, I choose to bring love and support. It's very easy to hide behind devices and show poor manners, contempt and bullying...the way of the masses today unfortunately😥 If you're watching this channel, I would assume you're doing that for better understanding and personal growth. I was raised by a covert malignant narcissist and barely survived that hell. So yeah....clearly your reply triggered me😉 I would hope you would aspire do better next time. THINK before you speak so harshly to a young person who is searching for answers. Perhaps ask yourself what prompted YOU to speak in such a condescending and aggressive way?? That young INFJ needs support...NOT more of what she/he is probably being crushed with in the parental home! Food, clothes, shoes...blah blah THOSE are parental requirements! Love, emotional and physical safety, support...THOSE are SUPPOSED to be parental requirements as well. Tragically...NOT the case in narcissistic, abusive homes. I pray you think before attacking next time🙏💚😉 Be Well😊
@juliekeener9730
@juliekeener9730 2 жыл бұрын
@Linsey Fernandes, I'm so deeply sorry for the rude and condescending reply you received from that other person😥 I feel the pain in your post and I'm sorry you're struggling at home. I don't know your circumstances... but I wanted to tell you how proud I am of you! You are clearly a wise young soul if you're researching and trying to understand and engage in personal development and growth at such a young age! I was raised in a VERY unhealthy environment. I am an INFJ empath and did not figure out the INFJ part until much later in life. So, YOU are already huge steps ahead of the game. Educating yourself and finding healthy, supportive and safe relationships is imperative for your mental and physical well-being. I know that's easier said than done...it took me decades to decipher and figure out that both my parents were narcissists... And all of the abuse and mindf@#$ery that comes with those sick individuals. I have no idea what's going on for you...but keep fighting for your future. Keep searching and learning. KNOW that despite what toxic people are saying/doing to you...YOU are enough! You are loveable, unique, wise, and worthy of being treated with love and kindness, respect, dignity and civility. You are NOT a mistake! I got a job when I was 15 to try and plan my escape. Unfortunately, the monster I was raised by took my paychecks for "rent" at 15 yrs old😡 I would suggest you do whatever you can to try and get working and make some money to plan for your future. Also, be brave and try and reach out for a safe support system outside of your family. I was the scapegoated child of a covert malignant narcissist so I KNOW how awful things can get in an abusive/unhealthy environment... The birthmonster tried to facilitate my death😡 Please fight for your healthy future and hang tightly to hope that you're almost 18 and can remove yourself from the toxic environment. I'm proud of you for reaching out! Be strong, be well and keep fighting for your future. Sending love, prayers and a big hug your way🥰🙏

A simple principle: "Don't just think of something, make it happen in reality." I find it somewhat confusing with your description in Se and Te. I thought that Se is perceiving the reality like a reality check? And Te is manifesting ideas into actions? If I'm wrong, it would be wierd :/ I have an obvious Te blindspot. Can't use it before Ti. It's a struggle to be proactive in own actions without any sense of reason or plan. Constantly had to remind myself with that principle. And when I usually produce something, it would likely exceed expectations.

What u are seeing if someone who know who they are and work towards their dreams knowing their power and how to used. You think she is ENxJ so the only difference will be the difference between E and I, and since the extrovert and introvert feeling is something only the person can know so KZbin videos that she edit and have control herself is not a good indicator of where she pulls energy. The superEGO of INFJ is the ENFP, if u EGO is strong and confident enough u can tap in ur SuperEGO in a healthy way. For example using the Ne of a ENFP to speak in front of the camera and having so the "star" power of a social influencer. The INFJ brains still have the ESTP function, like they said in the MTBI is about making the "unconscious" in conscious.
