Do you feel like you should tap more into your extraverted functions as an INFJ?
@randomfornow2 жыл бұрын
I'm wondering about this because that sometimes makes me feel like the ENFJ is the improved version of the INFJ. I know INFJ's are deeper but you know...
@Defaulted1232 жыл бұрын
As Infj you always tap into your last or extraverted funktions. Although your shadow functions are seen as unconcious. "Infj don't like extraverted thinking". Very much of a clishe. Don't know where this always comes from... Even when you are shy you use all your functions. Maybe the topic in this video should be, what can an unhealthy Infj do to improve his social skills or his ability to focus on outer things or new concepts. By the way: there are a lot of extraverted Infjs. Infjs tend to be the most extraverted of all introverts at all. Not even as introverted like maybe Intps or Infps. And don't forget about this: most Infjs are mistyped and therefore no Infjs. So if you think you are an Infj... It's perhaps most likely you are an Istp or Istj.

Yes. This also makes you less dependent on those types that have those functions in their stack leading to toxic attachment. I used to be obsessed with an INFP who had very strong NE and I hung on so long because like most INFJ's I wanted to see things from his perspective. I now realize so many reasons why it didn't work out and how I could be so much happier using those functions myself.

Ive had multiple reality breaks in the past year or 2! My extraverted logic was kicking in but i didnt want to listen. Fear of living a boring life like everyone else and having to face the difficult challenge of fitting my introverted creativity in this structured concrete world was looming. It eventually all came crashing down in terms of relationships, business, finance and career.😵 Getting back up and moving forward using these new functions has been tough! Thank you for the breakdown, Wenzes. So grateful for you and your work.

I notice that your smile gives energy that you can see in your eyes and it says you really injoy the work you do. Which is a asset to your surroundings. People are more productive, happier, and more focus . I might not have the skills for the job at hiring. Having positive professional compliments are a valuable asset in every industry. Hi. How are you. I have been practicing complimenting strangers online as a way to heal my mindset. And honest compliments and asking for nothing in return from that person. Makes a person heart happier. I'm catching on that positive thinking Is valuable in every thing with life.

It took forever to find out who I was. In fact, I was ready to give up towards the end of last year. But I just found out I am an INFJ--I know I am especially because it scared the hell out of me and I almost despaired again. BUT finding this channel has saved me. I've been taking on aspects of what you have been saying for a while, but with the wrong kinds of expectations. Knowing whats possible and where I need to focus my growth has given me confidence to walk in as myself in many situations. Thank you Wenzes.

Thanks for another great video Wenzes. I can't personally relate to this entirely because my journey has been about learning to tap into Ti & Fi ironically. However, it does put into perspective a lot of my experience with the INFJ community on Quora, when I had a one year stint. Most of them said they enjoyed "people watching". I remember responding to the question saying why would I do something that happens by default already? This video explains a lot. Personally, my journey as an INFJ has been about embracing and learning to self-express. During life as an ENFJ, it was about doing things for the common good. Now as an INFJ, it's about self-expression and exploring the depths of who I am. It's about embracing my limitations and expanding my opportunities within them. I think this is what an epic life represents for me. The freedom to be the full expression of myself because I choose to. It's about personal liberation and empowerment. Thanks once again for a great video. 2022 Wenzes energy is🔥.

though it isnt exactly the same, Ne (extroverted intuition) can BEST be approximated as inductive reasoning - OR - seeing all of the possibilities. also, though it isnt exactly the same Te (extroverted thinking) can BEST be approximated as ACTION - OR - making real in the world around us that which we desire to see in the real world. Te ABSOLUTELY IS EXTRAORDINARILY >>>>>>> ACTION

Idk about needing to tap into E functions, but when I take the MBTI test I take it usually 3 times in the same day because I have like a 5% fluctuation between J and P and EVERY TIME I TAKE THE TEST I get the opposite result from whatever result I got previously. Therefore Idk if I'm an INFJ or an INFP but your video on the dopamine detox was spot on regarding my own experiences with daydreaming vs reality.
@juice_lime51142 жыл бұрын
Look into the actual cognitive functions. Recommend looking at the weak functions, weaknesses are much easier to relate to. Many personality tests are less accurate than learning the actual cognitive functions. INFJs and INFPs are completely different, despite appearing similar. Also, everyone has extraverted cognitive functions on their stack. As introverts, not exercising them for extended periods plunges one into an unhealthy state. "Extraverted" doesn't always mean attention seeking, it's simply interacting with the outside world.
@blacksheep63652 жыл бұрын

@@blacksheep6365 Your welcome. Took that approach months ago, some deep research to wiggle out of the same situation you encountered. But it's worth it because learning about the cognitive functions actually allow you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and improve from there on. Just don't devote your full life on it. It's good to find your inner compass, but it would never fully embody your life. You will eventually surpass the system.

Hey everyone! I have a doubt being an INFJ or INFP I took two tests this week, and it showed that I am an INFJ But whenever I read facts about INFP, it seems fitting to me too Yes, I do like to daydream, but I feel like I wouldn't say I like it now. I had a strong intuition in my school years, and at the same time, I had depression that time. So, after several months I recovered, and I reset all of my thoughts from the beginning, and I feel like my intuition is not working. Anyone experienced that?
@vhayashi73692 жыл бұрын
I scored as an ENFP/INFP when I was much younger. Now I'm an INFJ. I read somewhere that an INFJ is just like the INFP, but just stronger... I think it's because I don't people please anymore and just protect myself now Instead of helping everyone without limits.

Well. I'm an INFJ and despite everything had failed in a way or another through the years the only thing that has almost never fail me has been my intuition. It's like my intuition is my guide when everything crumbles lol. Also God, of course 😊

My random viewpoint on some of the things near the end of the video: Fundamentally "Never Before Existed" on Universal Level is impossible. Many would immediately try to prove me wrong with examples and some of them will look very plausible ~ I don`t care. The point is it is all manifestation of pre existing principles in different forms. Yes in those forms that are "expands" of the principles they may look unrecognizable, but they are all one and the same from the beginning till the end. So the point of that is that Internally generating anything that have previously not exited externally is just not a thing. The External is the always undeniably correct side, so being introverted sucks. Even if it is possibly to override the entirety of the external from your internal that is just ~wrong. It is... unnatural... Even thou >everything< within nature is in fact natural so that`s a lil bit of a paradox (or a contradiction or something) Like you wouldn`t believe me, as you wouldn`t with many other things, but Plastic more or less is about as much of a natural material and resource as is any wood and/or mineral - stone, metal.

I hope that I'm not generalizing here, but I have found that when I'm in what I call a "bad mood," I usually assume that it's an Ni/Ti loop. So now I think of Fe, and how to use it. For me, it's a feeling function that hooks me up to my logical side, and more often than not, works best when I reach out and give to others. As for poor old Se - well - I'm still learning about it but I'm sure it's working for me Wirh the the shadow functions - it's also a case of an "outward " focus helping to see things more clearly. It's possible to do that and still be an introvert!

How do you think trauma could turn an ENFP to an INFJ
@aladdout94542 жыл бұрын
it cant...its just enfp going into their shadow mode infj, and once the source of trauma is removed, enfp would act like an enfp. Trauma brings out your unconscious mind or shadow so its the same for infjs too. Luckily those shadow moments will bring maturity to you.

Thought is the owner of action and your body is creation of the ideas that is Fueling the heart a purpose. To say you have 100% control over thought is a fool lying to themselves With stories of delusion. Creating a new world of vision called subconscious genius or to the conscious mental health issues. And we say go within and say I Jesus how are you. Love you. And at the same time we will look at people and give the label of treatment of mental health issues and say here take these pills so you will never disturb the god in your heart. That is trying to awaken to consciousness So we get real smart and drug the heart of God in us. And it's ok just as long as I say sorry a bunch of times. Like a fool running around with no conscious head saying sorry sorry sorry. I mean what does a chicken sound like When it asks for forgiveness. Don't take you message to serious cause because I don't really know gods words or the reactions from taking pills. I choose the path of creating delusional stories. That I interpreted through feelings Which is based on no real education of facts. But I am genius cause my story says so. And I got multiple of hrs of time a day. To play in any path of life. So now that makes me a genius with wisdom. A king in my realm of life. A dreamer of reality. The attitude of magic saying watch we do anything abracadabra I choose to be rich and happy. Abracadabra. Maybe I be a little out there. But time keeps promising me. Just love me more and you will find the path that leads you to what ever emotion you give me the most. Because I am you as you are me as one. Ok so does that mean if I give you 24 hrs every day. I will fuel my own fire with gasoline. Making it to hot for distractions to come for a visit. Time says that's right abracadabra like magic. I should make a custom wand from wood. And give it to my heart like cupid and go abracadabra. LOL
