I'm not sure if you'll read this comment, but if I could make one heartfelt request on which BTS song I'd love for you to react to - it'd be the hidden track "SEA". On one of his vlives, RM looked like he was about to cry when he introduced the song. He also said he didn't think the song would ever see the light of day, & thanked Yoongi for the revisions (it was originally darker) & Bang PD for letting them add it as a hidden track. Anyone who's battled depression/anxiety to the brink understands the dark place this beautiful song originated from, & I think of all the people who do BTS reactions - you'd be the one who could do it the most justice. @Hana☆ hi I don’t know if you’re asking for tips for how to battle anxiety, but if that’s what you’re looking for, here are a few: 1) like what was written on the door in the Run MV, breathe: inhale, exhale. Try to notice your breath coming into your nose, throat, lungs, and then out. Pay attention to how it feels, and then try to slow it each time, maybe by counting with each breath (in 1,2,3, out 1,2,3) and then keep adding a number to lengthen it. This can help in a moment of anxiety or panic attack. I also like to (lightly) pinch the spot between thumb and forefinger when I breathe to help ground me, not too hard to hurt or leave a mark, just to give my hands something to do while I focus on the breath. 2) try this 5-4-3-2-1grounding practice based on the 5 senses. In your head, list: 5 things you can see (anything around you) 4 things you can feel (clothing, feet on the floor, hand holding your own hand, etc.) 3 things you can hear (inside, outside, heartbeat, breath, electric hums and white noise count!) 2 things you can smell (you can even sniff your clothes or something if you’re struggling) 1 thing you can taste (the inside of your mouth has a taste too!) the idea is it gets you to focus on your immediate external surroundings and out of your internal world for a little bit, and narrows things down to your senses. It helps with panic attacks and PTSD too. 3) positive self-talk. It might feel silly at first but it works! Just telling yourself: everything is going to be okay, I’ve got this, it’s not as scary as it seems, I will be okay, I will get through this, things will get better, this isn’t forever, this will pass and a new day will come. This is a technique to use after the breath and senses (I recommend them in this order!) because you need to be able to hear yourself and in moments of high anxiety your body won’t calm enough to do that until you slow your breath and ground your body. But once your breath and heart rate are calm and you’re in tune with your body and surroundings instead of in your anxiety brain, then you can do the self-talk and reassurance. And it’s all true: this is not forever, things will change, I will be okay, I will make it through this, whatever it is. The song Zero O’Clock (00:00) is about this and can also be helpful to listen to, along with other calming music 💜 I don’t know if this is what you were asking but if it was what you’re looking for I hope it helps 💜 Remember: you never walk alone. So! The flowers in the mirror are significant before it breaks. Also when the glass breaks, the house of cards falls down and Jin notices. The polaroid at the end is missing Jin compared to the picture at the beach (parallel with the end scene on prologue after the credits). And the tragic events occurring with each member are definitely real but at the same time you're really on it with the thought track! Hope that didn't spoil and it's Young Forever next! Pay attention to the paired members, it is very important, 3. Always watch the videos to the end, because in the end there can be important scenes that many don't see, 4. Pay attention to every detail because everything is important and everything means something, 5. The stories of the members individually run through the whole story line, so pay attention to what is happening to whom and what is the atmosphere around him, 6. Funnily enough parts of I NEED U, despite being the first part of the puzzle, represent the 'present' situation of the characters. V killing his father, SUGA setting the hotel room on fire, JK getting hit by the car, j-hope collapsing, Jimin drowning, RM stuck in his horrible job. They're all their pivotal points, and everything we see otherwise is either the past, or alternative futures. FYI, Jin does way more than just come to realisations. The fact that he is removed from the others is because he is desperately trying to achieve something. I love your reactions to this, you really get the tiniest details. It literally took fans years and way more material to have that comprehensive of an understanding. Can't wait for more!

The shattering of the mirror has another meaning that you won’t see more of just yet, but I really like your interpretation of it too and from what I know of Suga’s character in this story, it’s dead accurate! Suga aka Yoongi in this storyline hates himself. Him not wanting to deal with himself and attacking “himself” aka the mirror instead of Jungkook completely fits him as a character. During the tunnel scene, Jin is once again an observer, but this time he’s also a savior as he gets the boys out of trouble. Also, look at the Polaroid that Jimin burned again……..someone is missing👀

Honestly Knox it's incredible how much you pick up on and the way you interpret music/lyrics amazes me every time I watch a video of yours. One thing you missed (entirely understandable there is SO MUCH happening) is right at the end with the polaroid, when the scene is shown all seven members are present...in Jimin's polaroid there is only six...can you guess who disappears? I don't want to spoil it because with every reaction/breakdown you're getting closer but it is something to think about :)

Q for y'all, and a Note to Knox at the end. Q: Am I crazy for thinking that their use of light is really great? Adulthood and the "Now" moments are often thought of with a heavy/gray cast. Childhood and the "Past" moments are often thought of as light/colorful or "rose-tinted"... *Note to Knox* : I subscribed to you back when YT recommended one of your first Blackpink/ K/Da videos. Every time I think I've watched all your BTS breakdowns, another pops up on my recommended haha! This was amazing, I'm so impressed with how intuitive and musically knowledgable you are, especially as it's guiding you in exactly the right direction with the BU. Once you get to the Wings films (if you haven't already) it starts focussing more on the symbolism that forms a more coherent story, if that makes sense. I just wanna say: "welcome to the BU". This is what really draws me to BU world because tons of unanswered questions from the MVs, prologues and another tons of unanswered question on their NOTES (their diaries that can be bought) also they have notes/diaries on albums per versions. BU just goes bigger and bigger when they produce songs per era. But you're on the right path. If you are curious, you can watch theories of ARMYs like xCeleste and other ARMYs. ARMYs even have timelines videos made for this.

In the fight scene there was also a tie in. Suga in the bu was know to be going around drunk after his mom died and that was one of his vices and he looked as if he was drunk in that scene as well

Hi Knox! Regarding the relationship imagery, they’re obviously talking about a romantic relationship with another one, but there’s a deeper level of meaning behind that talks about the relationship we have with ourselves and our dark side. This kind of double imagery is really clear in songs like “Fake Love” or “Blood, Sweat & Tears”, but there’re sprinkles of this kind of lyrics in most of their songs, including this one. Anyways, your appreciation of all the corners of BTS’s artistic world and of their BU It’s just wonderful, keep it going because It’s so inspiring and fullfiling!

Your intro song is amazing. Waiting for the album. I love that you take the time to properly watch and find the meanings of the many things and methaphors in the BU. How the videos and the lyrics are linked. In the song it says that memories are like dried petals and Jin had 6 petals and is always with a camera, and if you could watch a video that has the deleted scene of the prologue butterfly where Jin looks at a picture of him and suga and realize that in the pic there is only him. I think it adds more meaning to all this.

1. Loved the song in the beginning; 2. Again, I love your mind, how you put everything together, your theories are soooo good; 3. You missed 2 things, when Jungkook look back, there're 6 of them in front of the car, he's looking to Jin that is inside. And in the prologue scene it's all of them but then when it cut to the polariod, it's only 6 again, Jin is not in the picture.

in the scene with j hope and jimin in the host hospital you are right, it is a host hospital, but Jimin is also in the same host hospital as a patient because of his past. And at the very end, where JK turns around, there are only 6 members in front of the car because Jin is driving it. JK turns around because he's the one getting hit by the car. When in the BU the glass breaks that means that someting is going wrong and Jin failed his mission. ; ) Its a very good reaction. There are not so many people that are so in details how you are. Without spoiling anything, I wanna say that the fight scene with Yoongi and Jungkook did actually happen, it wasn't just a metaphor. And a hint as to why, you can see all the alcohol bottles that Yoongi crashes to the floor just before they start fighting, alluding to his struggles with substances

Love this reaction! the comeback itself has its own meaning, and you're right on the money. the most beautiful moment in life was comprised of 3 different albums, i need u and run heading 2, and they're about exploring youth, the whirlwind of emotion of growing up. its basically a coming of age album era. the BU is very winding and complicated... imagine watching it come out little by little over the course of 5-6 years and leaving every new release like 🫨
