Hello Mr. Holthe, thanks for your helpful series of videos. Great work. I've a doubt that I have just not been able to get clarity on... It's really stressing me out. What if someone has a cross-functional role - for example the person is at a Managerial level but manages more than 1 business function - like - Creative Writing, Business management and Marketing ? What would be the correct NOC code in such a case (often in small scale companies people do have to take lead on more than 2/3 business functions - each having different NOC codes...how does one pick the right Noc/TEER code then? If anyone can please help answer this....

Hey Mark, I hope you okay. I work in Youth Studies and Social Project Management in a metropolitan municipality. Even though I am a youth worker and conducting and leading some projects, my job title is "office worker" due to bureaucracy issues that Municipality always give us that no matter what you occupy. However, I took reference letter from my managers about what I do. Moreover, I have lots of pictures about projects that I conduct. Can I take social and youth worker title, may official title can block that even though reference letters and other documents? Thank you for your helping!

Hi Mark, what about if yu work for a nonprofit? My NOC there will be the same than a forprofit company? or rules are different? wondering about if it is the same? like for start up if you have a NOC ). A or B for a start company is also ok? I heard it requires a minimum of income and minimum of 3 employees in Canada. What about a nonprofit organization. Thanks for responding. Arlene

Hello how are you? Excuse me, I have a question about the NOC. If you check 72100 and 72101 they are almost the same skills and duties. My position at work is formally 72100 by name, nothing more, but I do activities that are in 72101, because in practice there are almost no differences. I uploaded my expression of interest profile for the Ontario provincial nomination, 72100 but they haven't called me, however they have called 72101. And I want to switch to 72101 because I do a lot of those duties. And that's what they're going to call me, but my doubt is if that's possible or if it has future consequences. Because I don't know if the employer reports that NOCs they are employing when they create their company. Or if it doesn't depend on anything. Because my employer told me that he is willing to help me with my documents. Thank you so much.

Hello Mark hope you can help me with my correct NOC for my EE profile. I am working as an ADMINISTRATION MANAGER in Middle East for 3years that's the position stated on my legal contract. But in my Job Description its 50% HR Duties. Is it okay I will use NOC -11200 Human Resource Professionals instead of NOC 10019 so that I'll be eligible for the Alberta Accelerated Tech pathway? Hi Mark, do you think with the initiation of new pathway (Like TR-PR) and establishment of Groupings in EE , do you think this will end FSW-O hopes? Is this the end of FSW-O coming to Canada via EE? This will definitely make FSW-O who needs license to do their job in Canada (dr, dentist) ambitions to an end. However, doctors and specialist were often included in FSW eligible occupation in Pre-Express entry era. What is your opinion sir?
