no video last weekend, sorry about that! been thinking a lot about what to do to keep the videos entertaining. I'm worried farming/event videos kinda.. run dry?
I was thinking of starting a new account and going lumine only. literally lumine only, no one else in the party at any point? I'd probably stream most/all of it and then turn it into videos? could be fun!
today we build nilou with both her "intended" build and the exotic crit one! even using festering desire as a cool f2p alternative imo B)
also feels like (other than the theme) I should mix up the title/thumbnail style? just want to try new things really
think that's all! I will start to record a prequel of sumeru exploration very soon and then the ACTUAL thing! see you soon for that c:

for the bountiful cores i think what matters is her hp! the higher it is the bigger the dmg i’m sure there’s something else too but i can’t remember lol but omg the vape team!!! that was sooo satisfying to watch i’m so glad you have fun with your characters/builds :D

74k HP is her bonus cap so higher than that is wasted HP. Tho good luck reaching that number in the first place. Kinda unrelated, but can't believe the "healthiest" character in the game is cute dancer in the neighbor.

@@RednasYo people stack HP on nilou for her personal bonuses to her cores damage and then put EM on barb or kokomi etc cause the EM scales the bloom cores based on who created them ^^

If I remember correctly, when you’re playing nilou in a bloom team, the one who is proccing the reaction/is on-field should be lvl 90 with tons of em for the maximum damage, so the 12k that rednas was doing with a lvl 40 kokomi could be even more!

If you ever want to revisit Nilou's Bloom build, whoever is proccing the Blooms should be built with lots of EM and be Lvl 90 if possible, since that's what the reaction scales off of. In the team comp you used that'd be Kokomi, so building Nilou Bloom really means building Koko. Just fyi :)

My first instinct when pulling Nilou was to give her that depth/tenacity crit build you were talking about with the black sword, but I soon transitioned to the typical tenacity/wanderer’s EM build with iron sting bc of her bountiful cores and then just stack HP for her second passive. Still not sure which 2 2pc set I like more tbh, but I heard there’s gonna be an artifact set coming out soon that’s basically made for her, so I guess I’m gonna have to farm more artifacts either way lmao

I’m a nilou main so I have a few suggestions for your bloom team since we both have the same comp! I stacked as much ER on collei and traveler as possible so that their dendro application is up 24/7, and usually my rotation is kokomi’s skill, nilou’s skill four times, traveler’s skill, traveler’s burst, collei’s burst, collei’s skill, and then use kokomi’s auto attacks until Nilou’s cooldown is done to do her other dance form. Also, Nilou’s EM is increased with her HP if you get her weapon, but either way HP is probably the best stat for her since you can always stick tons of EM on the other team members She’s been absolutely shredding every enemy I come across and she’s my favorite character that’s come out since kokomi, she’s so much fun :D

Congrats on getting Nilou! She is such a pretty and sweet character, I have no regrets going for her and her weapon. If you want another team idea to try I’ve had a lot of fun pairing her with Yelan and Kazuha. Nilou can trigger Yelan’s burst with her hydro attacks and with Kazuha buffing them the hydro damage gets pretty crazy. And then you can put whoever you want as the last slot. I normally use Sayu for healing and extra SPEED in the overworld.

For hyper bloom comps I've noticed it's easier to get cores with Nilou's infusion, tho to be fair I have C2 Collei which actually helps a lot. The way I been doing it is using Collei's skill, switching Nilou to get her swordsdance up then aa until Collei's sprout passive effect ends, switching to dendro mc for burst then back to Nilou for her burst if they're both up. By then both Floral Ring and Nilou's skill should both be off cooldown. Babs on as healer since I don't have kokomi

As a Nilou main bc I simp so hard, I use two Millelith, two Heart of Depth, Jade Cutter (Lucky but not lucky on her banner lmao, I wanted her weapon), an HP sands, Hydro dmg bonus and Crit dmg, she strong af bc I'm not using her with Bloom (for now, farming for Collei), hehe, good vid as always!

Hey, if you didn't already notice about that bountiful core build: this build is way better the more enemies are in the fight, therefore the single boss made ur damage the worst possible. i also dont know how good nilou is, if you dont get her weapon atm. I got her weapon and she has ~70.000 HP I also make ~30.000 Dmg with a single core, so if i start using collei burst/traveler burst and nilous e in a group of enemies, they just disappear.

NILOU IS SO PRETTY. for the hp% build you have to be mindful of who is making the seed (probably the dendro characters because nilou applies too much hydro) because they are the ones supposed to have the most em and be leveled for the reaction. Crit nilou is so nice too, have fun playing her 🥳🥳

For the Nilou’s team comp. The dendro is leading the hydro. So the one doing the core is water, if you have 900 EM and a lv 90 character. It will do atleast 32000 per bountiful core. Every 1k HP over 30000 of your Nilou will increase the damage of the bountiful core. Recommend team comp will be 3 hydro and 1 dendro. But if you have 2 full EM artifacts then do 2 dendro. Last thing but I think you already know this the Skill and Burst are scale off your HP

i really like nilou and her dmg potential! mine is only lv 50 now (since i didn't farm materials for her) but she still hits for 56k! and she is a really fun character to play with especially in bloom teams, hope everyone who wants nilou gets her

Thoma is insane for "kitchen sink" team comps. I have him built as DPS carry on my main account (PJWS, 2pc crimson 2pc echoes, crit hat, ER sands, pyro goblet), and meta shieldbot on the f2p challenge account. Basically, run him with Xingqui and you can slot in two other anybodies at that point, and the more elements you have in the team, the more insane it gets. With Thoma carry I prefer Xinqui, Collei, and Barbruh, and Nilou carry would probably be broken with Xingqui, Thoma, and Bennett for utter vaporize madness. XD

The only two swords that give HP% are her signature and Jade Cutter. Another 4 star option you can try is Sacrificial for resetting the skill cooldown so you can keep her infusion up.
