Travis, I've been watching you since 7 years ago and it's so good to see you're still uploading. You were a huge part of the reason I stayed consistent with my fitness journey throughout college and post grad. You're the reason I used PEScience for so long (RIP their protein bars) and I remember watching your crazy food challenges and day in the life videos. Your videos brought me so much entertainment and a sense of peace and comfort back in the day. I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you've done and it's great to see you still uploading from time to time. Hope all is well and thanks for being who you are. You played a huge positive impact in my life and I'm sure many others. I wouldn't be the person I am today without you. I also hope you never choose to delete the older videos on your channel. I still watch them from time to time and they're so comforting and nostalgic to watch! Have a great weekend :)

Have you tried compression boots for recovery? My favorite way to end the night Or I will ice my knees (I know people say heat is better but ice works for me when my patella tendinitis flares up)

I Take care of the baby when I come home . Lift twice a week with running . Thanks Travis for much needed more advice . I do have goals still . I still wanna lose a bit more weight pretty lean but wanna definitely build muscle now . 158 at 5”8 . Keep up the dedication man!

It gets easier when the kid(s) are older because they'll be in school most of the day.
