For those on the fence about trying his recommended Greens, Reds/Blues, Creatine, Electrolyte stack, here is another vote in favor of it. I do prefer the Wild Berry Electrolyte flavor over the Black Cherry but the Black Cherry isn’t bad. I added this to my daily routine back in December and haven’t missed a day since! Meal prepping is a key to life nowadays! Thank goodness for freezers. I spent last Sunday making marinade then cleaning and seasoning enough meats for 2+ weeks (along with other meal prepping tasks). It “sucks” the day off but oh how grateful I am during the work week when I’m making dinner for my husband and I. It has been crucial for us to keep a balanced eating lifestyle. Meal preparation is definitely key. I drag my lunchbox everywhere! Hard to find decent protein sources in restaurants on a regular basis… or it’s just too expensive.
