Combining 2 TRIBES here - feeding my mind, whilst on my new office mini stepper! Great interview Ryan and Amber! The transfer of trust is gold, and I completely agree on in-person meetings. It's harder to make that real trusted connection on Zoom. Thanks both! 🙏Emma

You are so genuine, both of you! I see all those marketing strategies that just promise things and manipulate with words and it is dicouraging - it feels like you can't trust people on the internet. And then you see people like you, that speak openly, take time to think about and see that there are other people too. Keep being on the right side. We need more of us!

I really appreciate how well spoken, polite, caring this and giving this interview is ! One of the top conversations I’ve heard on KZbin ! I listen to many different podcasts during my work shift. Personally I would rather be listening to being educated with information than aggressively told what I should be doing. Keeping things neutral without some loud agenda, builds as was discussed my trust in what is being said & the person sharing. Was thinking recently how I want to find better conversations that I could learn from, as was getting annoyed by being told by someone what I should be doing in order to succeed because their direction lacked I guess insight of audience/scoop…. Example the last podcast I listened to started off being well than just went overly aggressive with their ego and I stopped before the ending when they said “you need to save more money than you spend”. Why did I stop it? Because it lacked compassion. Suggesting to strengthen saving skills, building good habits or consuming less is one thing. Though when you’re listening doing just that and know that with current income vs necessary outcome that can’t unless earn more income do what they are yelling it’s really not being mindful of the audience they’re trying to influence. When the tone shifts to what feels like I’m being yelled at what to do. It’s such a turn off regardless of whatever the information is, even it’s helpful & accurate. At no point did the tone, the mindfulness, the empathy for each other or the audience change it was welcoming, respectful and thankfully educational. Thanks so much for your capabilities & sharing them! I need role models like this to learn better behaviours from such as communication not just the information shared. So really am grateful for modelling that for me! From this perspective my trust in each of you is very open to discover more 🙌🏽❤️🎸🌟

Sorry but that all sounds really soft, and such a willingness to waste time, of which both are not good business skills. Using work time to focus on KZbin is also dishonest. So you don’t sound like you are the target audience for any business channels. You’re more a consumer, by your comment 😂

So so soft 😂

It’s called multi tasking and there’s nothing dishonesty’s or soft about what I’m able or allowed to do while also working you waffle head … maybe you should consider that you have no idea about what work or what job I or others are doing and if you’re trolling comments asking yourself about your own morals or use of time as you’re the one with the limp ! Peace out

This was a captivating episode. I really liked the part about blending e-commerce and affiliate strategies to provide the most significant value to your unique customer-at least, that was my biggest takeaway. I listened to the podcast episode, but I just wanted to leave a comment here to say that you made a long drive along the country roads of Western Australia fly by. Thank you.

Great interview, sharing of ideas and it is inspiring. Trust is definitely something that has been lost in the online world. Too many scams, gurus, influencers, people making this or that "the thing" we are missing. Honestly if there is the "one thing" we need is trust and integrity from those we may give our trust to. We have lost the connection along the way, especially as the big corporations have grown way too big, AI customer service, hard to talk to even real people.

Relationships matter sooooo much, discovered that this year at Jim Cockrum’s The Proven Conference in Orlando Florida…. A conference for Amazon sellers - had an amazing business deal result at that conference, and the future looks bright! A 20 minute lunch was worth the ENTIRE cost of the trip. WPA’s (worth the price of Admission), go to IN PERSON CONFERENCES!

Not sure I agree on trading and referring competitors with your emails. I think there’s rare examples of this but having that as a general approach businesses should be doing is something I disagree with. You gave an example that makes sense, but each situation needs a well thought through decision to promote competitors and an incredibly strong “why”.

Reminds me of the Mormons, I get it works to develop relationships and then "commitment pattern people" life and people are worth more than numbers, also this dude just rubs me the wrong way, you couldn;t pay me to have a relationship with most people.

Thank you algorithm gods for leading me to @ryandanielmoran and @amberspears. The third commandment? Give, give, give, and you will receive. The first commandment goes something like, Build trust before all else, and if that is all you build, then that is still a most wonderful thing to behold.
