Both rabbits are amazing. So realistic. Thank you for the video, I hadn’t ever thought about using the stump sander on my pencils.

I searched for a long time to find a good pencil sharpener. After your video about the manual handheld sharpener I bit the bullet and got it. Have to say it was a little scary to see how far the pencil went in and thinking the sharpener is going to eat the whole pencil! It was great your video showed that wasn’t true. Thanks!

I realise that I need to be braver. When you started applying the darker grey to the rabbit, I was kind of freaking out. If that was me I probably would have tossed it in the bin at that point thinking I had ruined it. But minutes later you show how perfect it turned out. It’s all about trusting yourself. 😘

When I used to prepare for the university of architecture and urbanism, and in Eastern Europe it meant years of drawing courses before the university entry exam, we were though to sharpen our pencils by hand, and IF needed, to use a little piece of sandpaper. With just a tiny bit of practice you can learn make amazing points by hand. So that's another option to all the nice sharpeners shown in the video or others that can be found online. It's excellent for people with tiny budgets or who are on the go.

I finally bit the bullet a few months ago and bought an electric pencil sharpener. First time I used it the lead broke off in it and I couldn't get it out! So I'm back to my little manual one. Have to say it does give a really sharp point. Just takes forever! LOL TFS

I gaveup on the sharpeners all together. Snapping drove me bonkers. So at least for the average drawing pencils I switched to mechanicals. If only to save me the agrivation of 'jup thats another led saying snap" I lookedup the afmat and was like, jeah no not paying me about 100 euro for a sharpener, thats not happening.
