Thanks, David, The Sandwich feedback method works. Whatever type of feedback on the table, it all boils down to the reciever, Understanding the person you are giving feedback is great.

Thanks Olawale. Totally agree on understanding the person. I think it's important to clarify what we mean by "works." Does the receiver "received" the feedback in a feedback sandwich? Yes. It it optimal for the receiver to receive it that way. That's where I'd argue no. It's better to split the feedback.

@@DavidBurkus "Works" in this context is saying that Sandwich Feedback Method is still much Valid, the human mind has a way of processing First and Last information received. That's not to say other method of giving feedback don't count.
