Very cool, I really think we need more affordable and easy access to housing for better prosperity. My only concern with these types of modular constructions is - is the cost really that much better? Are we talking like a 1/10th of the price of a conventional apartment? Or is is more like 1/2? And also the longevity and upgradability.
