I've really enjoyed many of your videos but I can't listen to this guy. He said that he made over a hundred million dollars playing poker but that was impossible. His father is a great big savings and loan fraudster from the 80's who escaped justice. He claimed to own his rental and his claims of business success were false. He claimed to have a bunch of girlfriends who turned out to be paid models. In the Vegas shooting he claimed to be a cop of some sort and tried to get a weapon away from a deputy who already had way too much to deal with and might have been justified if he shot Dan. The stories of fakeness go on for days with this guy. He appears to be false all the way through from every angle.

The problem with having an interview driven podcast is that eventually, inevitably, you run out of legitimate guests. I think this is probably decent advice- for a very narrow band of people. Yeah if you're a successful guy approaching a super hot girl in some flashy bar, she probably does hear that she's got beautiful eyes all the time. But for your average girl that's perhaps a bit more introverted, (assuming she's not constantly posting selfies online for strangers validation) she's absolutely not getting bombarded with compliments all the time. If you think she has a beautiful smile, just tell her! Likelihood is, if you're on a date with her she's spent the last few hours trying to look good for you, it's nice to acknowledge it. Normie girls are probably just as neurotic as you about saying/doing the right thing, don't overcomplicate things further by playing games.
@JapanFreak25955 ай бұрын
It’s still good to acknowledge a woman intrinsic value regardless of looks. It shows that you view her as an individual with her own perspective and world view. Personally, compliments are best when you can naturally slide them into conversation, as they feel more genuine once you’ve gotten to know her.
@TOSSS015 ай бұрын
He’s mainly talking about approaching girls, not being on a date with them. He’s also not saying don’t compliment her, just to make it earned. In your example, she may have a beautiful smile so previous dates already mentioned that, but perhaps they paid less attention to her intelligence or particular nail polish which she mentions.
@tempsoda5 ай бұрын
@@TOSSS01 yeah that's fair. On listening to it again I'd say you're right. I still think Dan's past experiences, being around the types of people he's spent time with is going to skew his perception of women though. He doesn't know 'women' he knows the type of woman that he has already selected for, if that makes sense. Dan is saying something very true. Imagine going to India and all you experience is street vendors trying to scam you and beggars asking for change every few minutes. Sooner or later, most people will get agitated and go into a protective shell of themselves after a few days. Women are experiencing that life since they were teenagers ! The less segregated a society is, the worse experiences women have had. That's why younger women are relatively less damaged, if everything else is the same. "Chasing" most women therefore is never a good idea.

Dan Bilzerian is a source of insane insight HOWEVER according to himself, he is NOT a seducer. His whole game is to manipulate the circumstances (which he calls the Setup) so that he is the pursued. By his own admission, he does not now how to pursue a girl and seduce her. Make of that what you will. But if you follow his advice, you NEED to do the stuff he does, that means you NEED to become a (at least local) celebrity. (Which isn't that hard, it just means you need to be well known for the right things in your area)

Since most women are family oriented, they search for men who are potentially good "providers", those who can be good fathers/husbands. What is important; respect, friendship, honesty, loyalty, good communication, affection, patience and equality - which means if they do not see any of this in a prospective male, it is futile to continually "chase after her". Chasing after a woman is important enough to capture their attention, but beyond this, a mute point. Mutual attraction is important initially, but we all know in due time, this will fade. I believe the biggest contributor to failed relationships is answered "instantly" by "swiping" with the cell phone - "social media". There are exceptions though. Dating patterns in the early days were marked by meeting "personally". First impressions were usually correct in the identification of Ones success "fully" orienting their relation to heights of trust and happiness.

Dan is the wrong type of dude that young men should be looking up to. His advice on how to date women is so cooked and so transactional, stop treating human beings like yet another shiny object that can be enticed and made use of. Just because he prides himself in being “honest” with a girl doesn’t mean he is a good person. His advice is perpetuating serial shallow hookups rather than genuine connections between people. Poor form.

Don't listen to his words... (I'm sure it's decent advice anyway...maybe...) Instead, notice how he speaks and gestures... he speaks with passion and has opinions... plus he has hair and big arms... Just an observation...

charisma and character are essential, but status and looks is what gets you so much exposure to women; Dan has both. the average guy can go to the club alone, and probably gets jumped by a bunch of thugs who don't like his face. been there done that.
