I've really enjoyed many of your videos but I can't listen to this guy. He said that he made over a hundred million dollars playing poker but that was impossible. His father is a great big savings and loan fraudster from the 80's who escaped justice. He claimed to own his rental and his claims of business success were false. He claimed to have a bunch of girlfriends who turned out to be paid models. In the Vegas shooting he claimed to be a cop of some sort and tried to get a weapon away from a deputy who already had way too much to deal with and might have been justified if he shot Dan. The stories of fakeness go on for days with this guy. He appears to be false all the way through from every angle.

The problem with having an interview driven podcast is that eventually, inevitably, you run out of legitimate guests. Then you have a dilemma: are you going to have the same people on over and over again, which will almost certainly have a negative effect on channel growth, or are you going to start pulling from the bottom of the barrel, booking guests that will continue to drive engagement but for all the wrong reasons? I think this is probably decent advice- for a very narrow band of people. Yeah if you're a successful guy approaching a super hot girl in some flashy bar, she probably does hear that she's got beautiful eyes all the time. But for your average girl that's perhaps a bit more introverted, (assuming she's not constantly posting selfies online for strangers validation) she's absolutely not getting bombarded with compliments all the time. If you think she has a beautiful smile, just tell her! Likelihood is, if you're on a date with her she's spent the last few hours trying to look good for you, it's nice to acknowledge it. Normie girls are probably just as neurotic as you about saying/doing the right thing, don't overcomplicate things further by playing games.
@JapanFreak25953 ай бұрын
It’s still good to acknowledge a woman intrinsic value regardless of looks. It shows that you view her as an individual with her own perspective and world view. Personally, compliments are best when you can naturally slide them into conversation, as they feel more genuine once you’ve gotten to know her.
@TOSSS013 ай бұрын
He’s mainly talking about approaching girls, not being on a date with them. He’s also not saying don’t compliment her, just to make it earned. In your example, she may have a beautiful smile so previous dates already mentioned that, but perhaps they paid less attention to her intelligence or particular nail polish which she mentions.
@tempsoda3 ай бұрын
@@TOSSS01 yeah that's fair. On listening to it again I'd say you're right. I still think Dan's past experiences, being around the types of people he's spent time with is going to skew his perception of women though. He doesn't know 'women' he knows the type of woman that he has already selected for, if that makes sense. But then no advice is going to work on 100% of people is it, but I still think there's value in what he's saying.

If an adult (looking) guy can't hold a conversation or a podcast without dropping all the-f-bombs in the world, I'm not taking advice from him on anything. If someone needs to use expletives in order to get his message across - even HE doesn't think what he's saying is convincing. Also, too hairy. Also, you need to change the title from 'Dating' to 'Fucking' because that was all he talked about.

But are you listenning to what hes saying?

I think money helped him getting all these girls. But I don't care about all this stuff. Waking up each morning next to a different woman, you don't even know her name It will make you feel empty eventually. I'd rather wake up each morning to a woman who wants me for me, who will be by my side through life and growing old together

People hating on him, yet those people can't even pull a mid 7/10 girl in a bar.

Most guys would drop their entire life for a 7 of 10, lol - most guys can barely pull a below average girl!

If my Dad stole hundreds of millions and after the government didn't find it I suddenly became wealthy from playing poker and professional poker players said that I wasn't that good...I'd probably keep a low profile. Just sayin'...

Guys with money giving advice to guys with no money saying money doesn’t matter but they won’t give up their wealth. Ridiculous
@TOSSS013 ай бұрын
Why would he give up his wealth though? 😂 Is life based solely on getting girls? Does he not have 1000x more experience with women than the average male?
@dd0328943 ай бұрын
@@TOSSS01 he needs that experience with women while not having money buddy. Totally different ball game
