Thank you so much for this great recording. I do have a question, as a Director there are tasks that I would not want my staff to see. I would assume that I would need a separate task board for this correct? And then just utilize the "My Work" option?

Great question! So if you are on the enterprise version on monday, then you can have item level permissions which would mean that people could only see the tasks that they are assigned to. If you are not on that, you have a few other options. You could use the my work like you suggested. I also have done a setup where your personal task board is linked to the main task board. In the main task board, it would just say something like "Tara's Task" or something generic, however it connected to the personal board. You could then view the task in the connected board column. And since no one else would be on your personal board, they would not be able to see that task. You can also set up automations to link the 2 boards. Would any of these work for you?
