Gary Gary Good q. You’re supposed to be able to bite average foods without thinking twice, but it’s better to be cautious with anything hard, like meats. So I basically just take a nice slice it up into smaller bites and chew with the back of my teeth. 😊👍

You should've done teeth alignment first (invisalign if you're going to be concious on how metal braces will be unesthetically pleasing). Veneers are not the best option. - Dentist here
