I am really happy with how your plan turned out. And I don't think Tito's Burritos is a total failure. You still gained experience. I would be happier to go through the same experience than what I had done the last pandemic. At least you have a first-hand experience of how it's done. I'm still hesitant, scared and lazy to do what I have in mind. Actually I don't have a super concrete idea but it should have something to do with food as well. Getting a franchise would save me from most of the processes probably, but will need a bigger budget to start with. 😄
