Great explanation! I got it a few times, but then hit myself in the nuts pretty good and I think I'm gonna sit down for a bit and process this

That really opened my air wraps chakra. Your explanation was right on the nail. Thanks!

You should do a video about swivels and the tricks that require them. :-)

That diamond visual is marvelous! I think I almost have these cursed airwraps puzzled through. I think I need to not pull hard while the poi heads are wrapping (this turns into a bad orbital), but still generate enough spin on the left poi head as it exits to make it look clean (otherwise the left side twists around the right or reverses direction or some other crazy thing).

So I went to my first ever flow festival. Had I went last year I feel I would have had a blast, as there were a bunch of free workshops. But this year, they only had 1. So I basically picked a nice area that had room and practiced fir an hour ate lunch, then practiced again for another 1.5-2 hours. When I went to the bathroom I did see 1 guy using 3 short staves, very cool but that flow style just isn't me though of all the people I didn't talk to that was the one I should have for sure, never know what will be useful. But there was 1 trick with the normal staff That is infact what I was trying to accomplish within my own goals. Guess it was a workshop cause I got the stink eye and told "I hope youre here to contribute to the community". I could just be looking too much into it but like man that gave me such a bad vibe. I had train really hard and rested properly to go all out and I didn't even bother to stay for the flow jam at the end cause it just didn't feel all that welcoming unless you paid. So my point is, Thank you for having all your content free. Your prop of choice is much different than mine, but our concepts are useful beyond the realm of poi. Thank you for the very crucial interviews with people that provide me with the knownledge I would otherwise I never ask myself. Stick is the only friend I need lol, no ego is worth the time it seems.

Hyperloops and orbital I can do well even but I still struggle doing these. It always turns into a hyperloop. I was only doing one hand like you said. This was definitely helpful not confusing at all.

I'm getting the tethers to meet in the middle but they just slide to the end and hook. Are my cheap nylon tethers just too slick? They're much thinner than the ones in your video

Helpful as always! Hope to get these down soon :) any word on an Ollie video? That’s my next tangle project

how about the quadrants? I use to find my left hand at first quadrant and right hand at second quadrant that makes a successful airwrap at clockwise

Thanks Ben. I have hyperloops and orbitals locked, but I'm still struggling making these look good. Especially with big 100mm contact poi. This is what I needed! Then it's on to tangles...
