It is SO refreshing to see a woman who is smart, savvy and, yet, approachable, humble and nice. You don't have to be a snooty biotch to be powerful.

I really liked how you basically said, there is no destination, the journey to your dreams and goals is life. It’s the whole point;the journey. And I agree. I don’t believe that a person can enjoy it when they’ve “made it” if they couldn’t practice gratitude along the way. Furthermore I don’t think a person will ever be able to identify when they’ve “made it” if they don’t know how to identify the everyday little wins. Thanks for your content Karin!

Karin, I came across your channel because I decided to move forward on becoming an Interior Designer. It’s basically a new career for me after 18 years focusing on others (family, my husband’s business, etc). You give me inspiration with every video you present (old and new). I have the ability to be an entrepreneur, but how to proceed, you give me a lot to think about. Thank you for being you.

Ah, you are so right about the entrepreneur journey and destination being really the same. I used to really believe there is a "better place" to be but the hustle is the hustle. I'm still newish in my (graphic) design business but so far so good. I love that you're so authentic in the way you speak, share, and teach! You seem like a really nice person -- would love to run into you someday! :)

I like what you do Karin. It's not easy running my #AffiliateMarketing business. I get inspiration from other women entrepreneurs, like you. This is why I continue to put video contents that I know will help my subscribers in running their own online marketing business.

Hi Karin. I'm quite late to the show but happy that I stumbled onto your channel. I have a question for you: You wear so many hats as 'the boss' or the business owner. Did you feel the need to study short courses in business and/or business development or did you learn from experience? Many thanks, Andie

I love your videos Karin. And I thank you for sharing your wisdom. I have a tip for sales also. And that would be, If you believe in what you are selling? So will others. So it is important to know your products and the services you are providing are top quality and that you fully believe the service or product is something you would buy for yourself. Just a suggestion, but anyhoo, I always enjoy your videos so much and I enjoyed listening to your talk and I also LOVED LOVED LOVED your fun little dress and tan high heel shoes. So cute together Karin.

Hi Karin - Great snapshot of your day. Congratulations on being asked to speak at the morning event, what you said in regards to sales is important. If the business is not making money then it's not a business. Having confidence in Sales is crucial for your own development as well as for the development of your business. Too often budding business owners are focusing on the wrong things and often over-thinking, becoming overwhelmed by or avoiding sales altogether. There is the psychology behind this and the good news is that there is a solution. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this topic. It would be great to hear your thoughts more in depth on the topic of sales, and the way that has evolved with HOB and yourself over the years.
@andreathong93596 жыл бұрын
I agree with you! As a Creative Director doing Business Development at the same time, it's very important what value can you add during each prospect meeting and how your value stands out from the other competitors. I used to had that idea that my work will speak for itself, but it won't sell itself with the value being added to it. Prospects are more interested to hear what can you do more for them and/or their business.
