Work harder, gain more. Makes sense. But we still need to balance our energy levels and stuff 😅

Another amazing motivational video as always Justin and Cosmic Academy. I wish I could join your courses unfortunately living in Japan the time zone didn't work out. Hope you guys offer weekend or other ways to partake in the future! Looking forward to the next great video! Best to you guys!

You should do a video on how to protect your music, recently Chapter and Verse’s song Ashes has been taken off Spotify and SoundCloud, amazing track I ended buying it off beatport. Essentially somebody stole his song and claimed they were the rights owner.

Huh.. I don't agree with this. I know businesses in general are looking for low risk - high reward investments. Highly industrious artists are such investments. However, there are lazy gems out there which do need the support and industriousness can be bypassed.. For example with positive reinforcement, but there are more ways, I am sure. However, a business does require revenue at some point. Probably the most power a business has over a brand is the process and expectations. Build those thoughtfully, evolve them in the right direction and soon you'll find that failure is just simply not possible anymore regardless of the level of excellence of people you are working with. And if you do fail, it should be incredibly cheap. This is true for any business, not just the music industry. But this requires a real manager. I've met like 3 of these in my entire lifetime. 1 in interior design and 2 in IT.
