Also good tip about ammo, when you have 3-4 mags with some bullets used and you dont know which one is fullest but you gotta fight soon ALT + R and then R , you take out mag out of your gun, and put in mag with most bullets in it.

you do not need to wiggle at all on interchange just simply run into them and you hop over normally(can shoulder look while doing it). Huge exception tho is some railings like the ones on the main road closest to railway side you have to jump over them, cause the hop mechanic doesnt work on it

Personally, I didn’t learn anything new (1k hours btw) but I think this is a top tier compilation of tips and tricks. The only thing I could think of you adding would be the double bind of heavy and light bleed meds, and that taking a PK will allow you to instantly and silently drop your bag.

@Belmont its not even close to being confusing lol, no space saved? tf u using 9 slots for... just rebind 9 quickslot to 0 and change 0 to press, new 0 (old 9) to release and there u have it, hold 0 on a calok b for example, dont let go of 0 and drag cursor to a bandage and release it.

combat reload is r and reload is ctrl r, only took a few raids to get used to it and the lack of delay and the fact that when your panicked you default to the faster reload possible had worked out for me. A ton of great tips here though and a few im gonna use thanks.

For the first tip I've seen it before but it only works if I was not pressing other buttons, say you're moving outta cover and pressing E & D and ADS at the same time, it doesn't hold my breath, does this happen to anyone else?

Yeah I've run into this issue as well, I don't think there is any work around, except for still having a button bound for hold breath like you normally would.

How do u unbind a key to not set?

There's no legit way to do it I think. What I do is, for the emergency reload, set that to "R" on press, like your regular reload. Then change your regular reload to "R" on press again, now emergency reload will be completely unbound. So basically you trick the game, by taking the bind that is already in use, and using in elsewhere, this unbinds it, but it has to be both the same key and press type, for it to overwrite. Hope it makes sense 😅

It's abit tricky. Basically lets say combat reload on "R - DOUBLE PRESS" and you want it unbound. Normal reload is bound to "R - PRESS" if you change the PRESS to DOUBLE on normal reload, combat reload will now be unbound. Then you can change reload back to press and voila :-)

There's no legit way to do it. The way I do it though, for the emergency reload for example, is by first changing reload from "press" to "release". This should unbind the emergency reload, now you can set reload to "press" again. Basically you have to bind a key and function, as the same key you want unbound, then it overwrites and makes it unbound. Hope it makes sense.

Tarkov utilizes the CPU and RAM more than a GPU. You can have an absolute toaster GPU but if you have 16gb+ of ram your experience will get better. The CPU does the most work. Look at System overlay ingame, while in raid, and you'll see Tarkov only uses about 40% of the GPU. Don't ask why, but the game isn't optimized fully yet. So if you really want high performance upgrades start with RAM and a beast CPU.

This one is a bit tricky I've found out. It seems to only work if you are standing still while ADS'ing and having the keybindings set for it. if i'm moving in any way it wont steady my breath as I ADS. Not too worth using but I havent unbound it yet.

Last one the wiggle is unnecessary, you can just sprint facing forward and u get over those railings. Other wise, just quality of life tips, you can get these tips just watching high level streamers for an hour. Crouch scroll wheel was new to me, always thought you had to bind crouch to something else.

Hahaha, how do you move right man? :D But to be able to adjust crouch stance, you have to find; Next Walk Pose - set to D + Mousewheelup Previous Walk Pose - set to D + Mousewheeldown To flip on the side while laying down, you have to use the "Sidestep left" and "Sidestep right" they are E/Q + alt by default.
