*Life is not easy it was never supposed to be, Let me tell you it's a constant chaos that you have to deal with at all times (On the Outside), now on the inside if you want peace don't let the outside chaos take over your brain, if you want to live happy and healthy, then accept there always will be chaos in this world and problems, but I can't let that disturb my inner me you will be free*

I asked myself why am always get disappointed and backsliding while I do my best in building self discipline but then I realized that it's not about that I am building it the materials matter too especially the foundation. There's something wrong with my ingredients. Yesterday I just used mud that's why the building breaks easily, next time I'll use cement.🥺

... as a German Biochemist Ph D - this is about VALUES and Conditioning of PAIN -Reward Patterns. When we train Endurance - to endure PAIN without any Reward - then we can Master anything. @@YasserMaghribi it is the Ranking of your Values - and the Conditioning of your pattern of PAIN and Reward. When you sense PAIN and STOP - you never get anywhere. When you only go for the Reward - you create your own Mind Prison and Hell. It is de conditioning and Clarity about the highest possible Value you pursue - even at the cost of your Life. Not shaking for 1 second. All great persons are like that. Value and enduring PAIN without any Reward. When you fail at that - you do not have the substance to go on. Then be content with what you have and can. Be humble and honest. Bruce Lee… or blame others and invent Excuses….

I hear ya - INYOUALL! Great tips - by TopThink! Not only do you need to “build self-discipline”, you might also need to build you’re “self-confidence” also… And you’re a beginner - the quickest way to learn to be Confident is by not shying away from life’s challenges. The more you face them head-on, and eventually overcome them - the stronger you become - the more confident you are. So basically, the more courageous things you do - the more confident you become. The more you run away from your problems - the weaker you become! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips

If you do your own investing, have you ever wondered whether you should turn things over to a professional Financial Adviser? If you have significant assets, you have probably felt anxiety when making choices with your money. Perhaps you sensed that you might make better investing decisions if you knew just a little more and could invest without emotion. If this is the case, consulting a financial advisor makes perfect sense. Andrew T. Anton aka EarnwithAnton is well accredited.

Great Content! Personal Development is one of the best things you can do for yourself - because, we as human beings, we’re supposed to embrace growth! So make sure you find your Purpose in life - whatever it might be, and work on it daily, and continue to make progress, because progress is - really the key to happiness. But don’t do it for any girl or guy, make sure you’re doing it for yourself - and just be happy! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips
