Idc what people say. My hair is 4c and my curls be fye. I do the hair tools method tho so I fully detangle my hair and it only takes 10-20min. Curl definition comes down to fully detangling. I define my coils with just the water and hair tools. SOAKING WET HAIR. And then I may add some cream or leave in and comb through again
