I just picked up the exact same year and model LT230S but yours looks WAY more well cared for. Bought mine with a busted stator cover and, like yours, that exact same bolt hole was broken off inside the case. How did you end up fixing the bolt hole or did you ignore it? Also, on these older shocks, anything you can do to breathe some life back into them? Or a new rear shock you’d suggest?

@jeremypeterson2856 i used some epoxy steel puddy and then tapped the hole. I used a thick bead of silicone to seal the cover too. Are your shocks really bouncy? I'm not too familiar if there are any common direct swap shocks for them. I'd definitely check on ebay though.

I've got one that was locked up.... and the side cover on the side that the Kickstart is on a good bit off all the way around. But it's not coming off not sure if there's a gear were the Kickstart should be that's stuck or what lol

It might just be a bearing that's stuck in the case or something
